The history of the city began at this place. There is a magnificent view of the surrounding area, where the lakes are silvered. Gulls, herons, storks, swallows.. Wind and sun, clean air and nature of the National Park - everything is for you! Colorful roofs of houses, church domes and church spires. And also, on the mountain, at the highest place, there is a monument-grave to an outstanding citizen: Dr. Narbut. It is very green and fresh around. Historical legends in wooden statues.. I recommend.

Castle Hill in Braslav is an excellent observation deck. It offers magnificent views of the charming town with its houses, church, church and of course the huge lake Drevyaty. We got there in May and managed to enjoy the dizzying aromas of lilac that grows all over the town. Braslav smells like lilac ❤

There is not much space for cars, but there is no queue either!

A wonderful place! I walked around with my mouth open and took pictures of everything) The view of the lake from there is gorgeous! And Braslav itself is a wonderful city! I am incredibly happy that I visited him. Now the Vitebsk region is definitely my favorite!

I walked a lot, so to speak, exploring the city with my feet. Виды с горы открываются ооочень красивые🤩 просто завораживающие. Есть качели, сцена, где проходят мероприятия, исторические памятники. Рекомендую посетить. Находится в самом городе, поэтому добраться легко даже пешком🫶

Замковая гора в Браславе - высокий холм, на котором когда то основалось небольшое поселение. Место для поселения удобное: легко защищаться и рядом озёра - нескончаемый источник рыбы. К сожалению, крепостная стена и постройки были только деревянные и от них на сегодня ничего не осталось. Все достопримечательности - это деревянные статуи персонажей легенды о возникновении Браслава - легенды очень трагической, как, впрочем, и многие подобные легенды: «… в общем все умерли». И самое значительное сооружение, на самом высоком месте - памятник местному доктору Нарбуту: обелиск, напоминающий послевоенные памятники, но с одной интересной особенностью: на пике обелиска установлен фонарь, к которому подведены провода - ну как бы своеобразный старинный маяк (?) для ориентации рыбаков на двух ближайших озёрах. Видимо, маяк давно уже не используется за ненадобностью. В общем, место очень скромное, но для равнинной Белоруси - редкое своим высоким холмом.

Само Городище ничем не примечательно, кроме нескольких деревянных идолов.
Но с горы открывается замечательный вид на озёра и на шикарный закат.
Если будете в Браславе, посетить стоит однозначно

Вид открывается обалденный. Гора находится практически в центре Браслава. Рядом отличная пекарня, с вкуснейшими сметанниками и выпечкой. На самой горе есть несколько беседок, качели. Можно хорошо провести время и устроится на пикник.
