Hello, everyone. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude towards our customers. My husband and I are doing repairs in an apartment in Mogilev, we live in Minsk. We arranged the delivery and agreed with the person to accept the goods. The man just sat there from 13:00 to 18:00 waiting for the delivery, which was not completed due to technical reasons!!! No one warned, called, or wrote. We call ourselves and find out where our promised delivery is, and in response we hear "maybe it will be convenient for you tomorrow"...delivery for 1000 b. r. I do not recommend this store, we are very upset by such a negligent attitude

I got a very unpleasant impression from this store, I will never become a customer again. The service is terrible, an hour and a half in line to order delivery for the already paid goods, and to find out that there is no delivery to the Shklovsky district, it took time, more than two hours, and the mood remained spoiled. I will never recommend this store to friends or relatives.
