A wonderful store. Sales consultants are pros, I can't think of another word. Even the store manager fusses and asks the customers if everything is okay. Special thanks to the girl Anastasia who makes installments and loans. A beautiful, responsive and kind girl. He will explain and tell you everything. This is the first time I have encountered such service in Orsha. "Build" nervously smokes on the sidelines, nothing at all. Большой ассортимент, оч.часто акции, скидки, без скидок цены кусаются. Всегда находил нужные мне материалы. Есть вариант выбрать всё через сайт, заказать и забрать выбранное на стойке выдачи. Конечно, нужно знать и характеристики покупаемых товаров и проверять. Довелось купить несколько листов ондулина, начал дома устанавливать, и не хватает ширины, хотя рассчитывал..перемерил, а он на 20 см Уже стандартного листа..неожиданно получилось!

Хотел купить фанеру 15мм.Продавец в магазине сказал,что ее нет,но есть в интернет-магазине ОМА.Набрал по компьютеру,посмотрел и сказал,что она есть в наличии по 40руб.с мелочью плюс скидка по бонусной карте ОМА.Она у меня есть,в общем за 11 листов я должен был заплатить 401руб.Заказ был оформлен.,доставку товара в магазин в Орше пообещали 2сентября.А через несколько дней я получил смс,- мой заказ отменён,просим прощения ЕСЛИ это произошло по нашей вине - вот как.Замечу , что эта же фанера в др.магазинах стоила под 75руб .за лист .т.е.магазин меня буквально кинул.не захотев продать дёшево.Отмечу,что заказ был оформлен когда она была в наличии.Позорище.

Магазин с большим ассортиментом... Но цены гораздо выше, чем в других строительных, Очень тяжело порой найти ценник, т к всё очень плотно стоит. Также проблематично получить консультацию от продавца, так как их мало и они "на расхват"... Ранее была кнопка вызова консультанта, но не её убрали.... Очень зря!!!!!!

Заказ был 2 недели назад. Н звонка ничего нет ужас, ничего не покупайтев о о, заказываешь ничего не приходит, ещё дама заведующая бегает не знает как себя разуадеть, выесняет как вас обслужили, ненормальная ещё перезванивает людям в чем проблема, это ужас, только позвони....

Магазин неплохой, достаточно большой выбор инструментов и материалов, хороший персонал, но без скидок очень завышенные цены.

Выбор хоть и большой, но двери, например, все равно надо смотреть на сайте и заказывать через сайт.. если по мелочам для ремонта что-то купить, то магазин не плохой, но не самый дешёвый. Выбор обоев плохой

Отличный магазин строительных материалов и инструмента, в котором есть все и даже немного больше. Радует наличие скидок и акций, постоянно встречают профессиональные продавцы консультанты, поэтому бываю в ОМА почти каждый день.

Большой магазин, в котором можно найти практически все что нужно для дома и быта. Приветливый персонал. Интересные акции и режим работы магазина позволяет исправить тот косяк который учудил дома🙂 так как можно быстро приехать в магазин найти замену сломанной детали и вуаля ни течёт и ни капает 😊. Ставлю 4звезды что б был стимул становиться ещё лучше и лучше

Прекрасный магазин, в Орше в тысячу раз круче чемсв Витебске. Заезжаю Тула регулярно, есть почти все, цены приемлемые. Бывают очень крутые акции. Покупала линолеум сэкономили 100 руб перед НГ за акцию с фишками. Однозначная любовь ♥️♥️♥️
