The employee tried to explain to me that everyone is late, and that he does not know how long I will wash in time, in short, he attributed the delay to me in advance and thereby explained the rule that no one should be in the hall for 15 minutes. I have been going to a huge number of different halls for 10 years and always at closing time in the evening, I have never encountered anything like this)
