I just returned from the beautiful Batumi. It so happened that due to the postponement of the flight, I had to look for a hostel. There were places in the hostel. It is located in the very center, a 10-minute walk to the sea. The hostel has everything you need - a kitchen with free tea, a shower and air conditioning. They gave out a set of fresh linen. There is laundry, things were dried on the balcony. The receptionist is polite and friendly. In general, if there is a forced situation, this option is suitable ✅

It is acceptable to spend 1 night in a shared room. A huge plus is that breakfast is included in the price. You can chat with foreigners. There is a hostel in the very center of the city, near public transport stops. The staff is friendly. Cons - it's noisy in the yard.
