I didn't mix the two components of the varnish and painted the walls with each of them. As a result, there was a sticky, non-drying, oily mass on the walls. To say that I was horrified is to say nothing, and I turned to the manufacturer of the varnish. They listened to me carefully and referred me to Alexey Vasilyevich. Having told about my problem, I did not hear ridicule, reproaches and moralizing. Alexey calmed me down and told me what I should do. What was my surprise the next day when he called me in the morning to find out how things were going with fixing my joint. Having done everything that Alexey said, the coating on the walls dried perfectly, leaving no streaks and stains! The decorative plaster is not damaged! I am delighted with this attitude towards consumers and people in general. Alexey told me what to do next, clearly explained how to use the varnish produced by the company, solved the issue of supplying me with the missing component.
