She did not receive consultations, nor did she receive answers to her questions, and the specialist refused to go to the facility, saying: "Well, if I go to all the requests, then I'll drive all day." When I pointed this out to the agency, they told me that the sale was suspended by the owner. But the ad is still active and being updated.
