There are no complaints about the staff and the service. Everything is well maintained. The big question for the management is: is it really impossible to purchase an anti-icing reagent or at least sand with salt!?!?! It's just impossible to walk! The skating rink! I fell 10-15 meters from the car to the entrance twice!!!!
