Such tricks do not work simply because the recipient is at home all day, and can clearly understand whether there was an attempt at delivery or not. As a result, the recipient is forced to go to the pick-up point himself, spend time and money on a taxi, while paying for delivery to the door. The service is paid for, but it is not provided. This is called fraud and deception.
