Anna is an excellent cosmetologist who works in a very professional and friendly manner. Both my teenage daughter and I have experienced her facial treatments, and we are delighted with the results.

They wrote to me in instagram that there is a promotion for a new pedicure master for 3700rsd. After the service, 4200rsd is announced to me according to the price list. I say that I need to warn and refer to the correspondence in the insta and they tell me that removing someone else's master is an additional service (cost), although their pedicure price list does not prescribe a separate service "removing someone else's master's gel polish", the cosmetologist, the administrator and the master took over the defense, stating that in all salons That's right!
As a result, I was given a discount of 60rsd, due to the fact that this is my first time. Funny.
I didn't get hysterical and poke at the correspondence and their price list, I was shocked, I don't like conflict situations.

I was just horrified by the leg depilation procedure provided to me! Master Larisa is an absolute layman! She gave me bruises all over my legs!!! I also didn't remove all my hair, there were bald spots... and about how it hurt because of the stuck wax, I will not say anything at all. I am shocked that such a level of service is provided - this is not normal. I left the salon in tears! Girls, avoid this institution - you will be healthier.
