I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of medical care provided. Ultrasound diagnostics performed by Irina Bobrovskaya, a doctor, turned out to be of poor quality. The chronic disease, identified by another specialist two days after the examination of I. Bobrovskaya, was not detected by her. The consultation of endocrinologist Tatiana Leonidovna also left an extremely negative impression. Despite the availability of tests and disagreement with the ultrasound results, the doctor did not prescribe treatment and sent me home with a recommendation to come back in three weeks. It seemed that the goal was only to re–extract funds (ultrasound – 50 rubles, consultation - 55 rubles). Paid medical services assume a higher level of quality than in free clinics. However, I expected professional help and treatment, not a formal approach, which led to a delay in the treatment of my disease.

First of all, I would like to draw the attention of the medical center's management to their competence, which is clearly insufficient, starting with the culture of communication, knowledge of reference information, information that is necessary to answer the client's questions, as well as control over their solution in certain situations. In my case, I contacted the Lighthouse of Health twice to provide medical care to my mother.At the first visit, we were very satisfied with the services of surgeon D.A. Zhidkova, she helped solve the problem, but drew attention to another disease - the presence of a neoplasm in the nose and recommended contacting an oncologist. I approached the administrator to clarify the cost of a biopsy for diagnosis, and I was told that the cost would be 13 rubles.The administrator did not ask any clarifying questions.. The price seemed reasonable to me, and we made an appointment for another visit to this medical center, for an appointment with oncologist Zaitsev V.F. The doctor consulted, announced the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma and took the material for analysis. We paid 145 rubles. 14 kopecks for the services, including the cost of consultation - 64.09 rubles, cytological examination - 11.58 rubles, puncture biopsy - 69.47. Thus, the analysis cost us 81.05 rubles. The result is formulated as follows: "Cytologically, basal cell carcinoma cannot be excluded." Of course, I am not a medical professional, but for me this wording does not indicate a diagnosis (confirmation or refutation), which I expected to receive by paying instead of the 13 rubles promised by the administrator - 81.05 rubles.After studying the information about the cost of conducting a similar cytological examination in other medical institutions, I realized that it is significantly lower (at times), and varies depending on whether the medical institution charges an additional fee for sampling the material. But, in any case, the price for taking the material does not exceed the cost of the cytological examination itself - it is either lower or zero. From my personal experience, I know what a puncture biopsy is, how it goes, and what the sensations are after taking it (bleeding, etc.).In the case of the Lighthouse of Health, nothing similar was done to my mother. Obviously, to collect the material for the study, another manipulation was performed - much more gentle, and, accordingly, much cheaper (or it should not have been paid at all). I asked the staff in the chat for a valid price list, since it is not available on the website in the form of a document, but there are only prices for individual services (not all). The employee sent the information selectively. I asked again how I could read the full Price List, but I didn't get an answer. But I was promised twice (both in the chat and in a telephone conversation) that information about my questions would be passed on to the doctor, and he would contact me. But no one called me back. I am preparing an appeal to the administration and further, depending on the response, to higher authorities.

I started calling when 7:59 changed to 8:00. From THREE phones to ALL possible numbers every second without stopping. Four-digit and mobile are still "busy" (or whatever is with them). The landline number said the number in the queue was only at 8:20. Before that, it was just beeps. At 8:44, I finally got through. And what will you invent? There are no free coupons anymore. Magic, no other way. I do not know how else to call to get a ticket. It's especially cool to hear this when you have a medical condition that can't wait a month or several until you finally sign up.

I had a very good impression of this medical center until I couldn't make an appointment with a certain doctor for 4 months in a row. I haven't been able to sign up since 8 a.m. — the line is overloaded. When I manage to get through, there are no more seats. Not once in my communication with me have I been offered an alternative. Yes, good doctors, but a very non-client-oriented approach.

There are no questions for specialists. A huge disadvantage is the inability to get through to make a recording. You start calling 07:58-08:00 and the line is already busy, they called for an hour from three phones, to all possible numbers listed on the website - IT's USELESS. When they got through an hour later, the recording for the next month was closed, and they offered to try calling in May when the recording for June would be available. Endocrinologist Churai T, takes it very biased, to someone well, to someone not so much. Complaints can be answered rudely and not pleasantly. The pressure in the conclusion writes independently, without measuring it, prescribes to drink the drug without seeing the tests. ultrasound does not explain. After the reception, it feels like you're nobody and there's nothing to call you. The appointment was delayed by 10 minutes by another patient, no one apologized.

The most in-demand gynecologists and endocrinologists work here. It's hard to sign up for them, but the wait is worth it. Of the minuses - there is no parking, I did not like the therapist, I did not like the doctor at all. Otherwise, the center is good.

I liked the medical center very much. Pleasant girls work at the reception, advise on preparing for a doctor's appointment, and orientate on the cost of services. There are shoe covers, a boiler with water. After consulting a doctor during surgery, everything is at the highest level, disposable clothes, Bed, the operating room is clean. After the operation, careful supervision by the staff is also provided in the tea, coffee, and chocolate service. They recommend you to visit.

I had an ultrasound scan of the abdominal area and kidney today, and I came complaining that the ultrasound was done in 5 minutes. At a cost of 68p for 5 minutes, no one has done an abdominal ultrasound yet. Do you have a stream job there for that kind of money? How can all organs be examined in 5 minutes? The assessment is low only for this doctor who performed the ultrasound.

It really resembles the "Hunger Games", when you frantically dial the numbers of the medical center again and again from 8 a.m., where the phones are overloaded and not responding, and when you finally manage to get into the call queue, after some more time "hanging" on the phone, you will most likely hear that everything is already scheduled for today, call next month. People who manage to get through and make an appointment - you are very lucky, check out the casino on your way to this medical center)) But joking aside, it's very frustrating that you have to give up your favorite doctor, to whom you've been going and trusting your health for several years, simply because you can't sign up. It's a pity that at least they don't make separate waiting lists/pre-records for new and regular customers. Success to the center, and success to me in finding a new one.

I am grateful to Dr. Ryndin A.A., a urologist. I came with a problem that bothered and scared me for 2 months, there were very unpleasant symptoms, + all sorts of bad thoughts-assumptions. But 30 years of experience (+-, I didn't calculate exactly :)) are very visible. I received recommendations, following which my problem was solved in a week. Well, that's cool, as for me, I'm very glad that I applied, the quality of life has returned to normal!

The review concerns the record, not the qualifications of the staff. It is simply unrealistic to sign up!!! I applied on June 5, they said everything was scheduled, contact me on June 20. On June 20, at 9 a.m. (the center is open from 8), there was no free time to record! And contact us again from July 20th. The waiting list IS NOT WORKING! The receptionist didn't offer any time! Although the request from me was received on June 5th! I was on the waiting list and also didn't offer anything! I DON'T BELIEVE there are no windows! Someone always cancels, gets sick, circumstances change, and so on.. I rate the work of the administrator as UNSATISFACTORY! Don't waste your personal time, go to other centers and sign up without any problems👌

I have not met such specialists for a long time, modern, scrupulous and very pleasant. This center has some of the best and most famous gynecologists, to whom it is almost impossible to get to first. You call on the day of recording from 8 a.m. to all 5 or 6 phones, somewhere they do not answer, somewhere they are busy, somewhere they seem to be dropping. I wrote to 3 messengers, they answered only after 20 minutes that the recording was closed in 10 minutes. Allegedly, you get to one line from all the rooms, which is overloaded. Well, let them make such a line (as in almost all state organizations), where the robot immediately responds and says "you are in line 100500, wait for an answer." So at least it is clear that the call has been received and you do not need to poke your finger at the "call back" screen without stopping. Apparently, indeed, you only need to come personally to the center at 8 in order to make an appointment.

On December 13, I made an appointment with an endocrinologist on January 21 (although I was supposed to get there in the fall, but for some reason the appointment closes with a doctor in 10 minutes). I coordinated this issue with the insurance company, and a letter of guarantee was sent. On the eve of the reception (today, January 20th) I got a call to confirm the recording. I informed them that the appointment was valid, and then I was confronted with the fact that since January 1, they had made changes and now the doctor to whom I was registered is "highly demanded" and demanded to make changes to the letter of guarantee. The insurance company, of course, does not pay for the appointments of "highly demanded" doctors. As a result, this medical center refused to accept me the day before. Disgusting attitude towards customers. Not another foot! If your time and nerves are important to you, save them without contacting this center!

Every time it felt like they were doing you a huge favor by answering your questions. I've only been here once, but with two different specialists. The staff is very polite, the doctors tell you everything in detail, and answer all questions that arise, tell you in advance what to do in possible situations, and do not say "that's when it happens, then come again, then I'll tell you" – as is sometimes done in other medical centers. Everything is clean and tidy. The only drawback is a small waiting area, not everyone has enough space to sit, they have to wait standing up.

Not a medical center, but some kind of polyclinic. It is impossible to get through in the morning. The phones are either busy or no one is picking up the phone. I spent half an hour, but I didn't get through. They didn't even provide a line where you are in the queue and upon release, the call goes to the operator. It's just busy and that's it🤦
