An average hotel for your money, the rooms are clean, the air conditioners have not been serviced for a long time and when working they exude a not very pleasant smell and blows directly on the bed, there is no air conditioning in the corridors and Lobby, the breakfasts are monotonous, not very tasty, but you can have a snack, to the city beach (with dirty water Ala Anapa ) on which there are no toilets or changing rooms fifteen minutes on foot through the narrow streets, the location is not bad if of course you like to walk in such heat, for a dollar they clean the room on the bed without it they are not particularly willing to move. In general, if you are not very demanding of comfort, then it will do, but I will not go there a second time

I give 4 stars only for the good and polite staff and for the very good location. That's it! That's where the advantages ended🤗 The room certainly needs repair, I'm not talking about the broken bedside tables / table, etc. that need to be changed a long time ago, but the fact that the seams in the bathroom are black between the tiles....you'll forgive me....in short, you don't buy barefoot and you don't walk around the room.... Towels were changed regularly, but they are dirty. But the bed linen was always clean and white (another plus). The breakfasts were monotonous, I only ate soup with meatballs, omelette, vegetables / fruits. My husband filled his plates with more variety to his taste🤭 We never got to the pool, there was no time for it, so I can't say anything about it. No animals such as cockroaches and rats were found😊 Sometimes geckos crawled onto the balcony, well, no one canceled mosquitoes in Thailand. If you need a hotel only for "spending the night", swimming and having breakfast, then you can safely stay in it.

Nice hotel, everything is nearby, within walking distance, the location is excellent, quiet, peaceful. The staff is hospitable, they don't speak Russian, but it's great to have an English translator. Upon request, we were given a room with a view of the pool. An ironing board is brought on request, the air conditioner was a little pumped up, but they came to fix it at our request. The beds and linen are good. The food is good, there are different tastes, who is not picky about food. We had a vacation in March 2025.

And soap and shampoo are also not poured in the shower. There is breakfast, but after two days it is better to eat somewhere else, there is no variety, it gets boring. Terrible hotel. To begin with, the numbers are dead. Something is falling off, there is dirt everywhere, linen and towels are dirty, there are stains on the pillows. The linen is not changed, only what is necessary is added in the room. The bonus is that early in the morning they turn on the water in the pool and music, which is perfectly audible in the room, because there is no noise insulation. If you come to get some sleep, this hotel is definitely not about that. At night there are screams from the pool, there is noise in the corridors, songs are shouted. You can bring girls to the hotel for one night and men are happy to use it. The hotel is definitely not suitable for couples with children, if someone else comes, of course, to Pattaya for family holidays. WiFi often does not work, nothing is downloaded. The hotel is clearly not 4 stars, but 3. Before that, I was vacationing in Phuket at a 3-star hotel and the level was much higher there. It was not a rest, but one torment.

The rooms are clean, it's a pity they don't give out toothpaste, but that's how it was: shampoo, shower gel, soap, ear sticks, cotton pads, nail file, comb, shower cap. Bathrobe, towel is large, medium and small. Plus a foot towel. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has a fairly large swimming pool divided into 3 zones - children's, shallow depth; average depth of 1.4 m; adult depth of 1.8 m. Plus separate gazebos with tables and sun beds, a lot of shade from the trees. Breakfast was included, it's just a huge buffet, for every taste. There is also a spa where massages and other treatments are performed) There is a gym, it is convenient, almost no one visited it, it was empty))) There was also a night cinema on the street, but we saw it once, glanced at the basik, so I don't know what was shown there)))))) The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous. The scales for weighing luggage are free of charge. It seems like everything))

The hotel is old, but clean, the staff is friendly, speaks English. I liked the pool, it is divided into swimming areas for adults and children, a slide, recreation areas, open until 9 pm. The hotel has free Wi-Fi. We found only one Russian-language TV channel. Everything you need is within walking distance - markets, Walking Street, and the pier. The rest is easy to achieve on a tuk-tuk. In case of any claim for malfunction of the safe, TV remote control, plumbing, it is eliminated promptly by contacting the reception. Even the room was changed according to our wishes with a view of the pool. The bed and towels are changed every day, even if it is not necessary, cleaning is daily. Every day there is a new roll of toilet paper, replenishment of shower gels and shampoos, shower caps. Pool towels are provided next to the pool. A children's room, a volleyball court, a tennis table, an old table football, a gym. Massage is paid. Maybe I'll forget to describe something... There is no representative present from the Anex-Tour tour operator, only at meetings with new arrivals or on the phone. In Pattaya Park, an Anex Tour representative is present at the set hours. There are many Indians in Mercura, there are Russians, Europeans, we met Germans, Finns, with whom it was possible to find a common language in English. Not far from the hotel there is always a peasant in a pickup truck and sells fruits cheaper than in the market: watermelons, mangoes, strawberries, bananas, longo, dragon fruit, etc.

My favorite hotel in the Center of Pattaya, a good pool, normal quite varied breakfasts, rooms, if not Suites, without complaints, everything below the 5th floor, if you're lucky, the air conditioner is leaking, then there are problems with the refrigerator, But! It's still better than many other 4-star hotels in the center of Pattaya. Located near 7/11 Volkin Street nearby, inexpensive cafe nearby, to Central Festival (now central Pattaya)you can also walk. The first beach is also 8-10 minutes away (but we understand that swimming on the central beach in Pattaya is not just impossible, but dangerous!!! I still can't wash my swimsuit from the fuel oil,,,, only Koh Lan Island with azure water,30 minutes from Pattaya for 30 baht, and nowhere else!!!) This is the 4th time at the hotel and we are very happy, unlike Muscovites, who often say that Thai is a dump, to which we reply: welcome to Turkey!!! But for us, Thailand is really a land of smiles, exoticism and friendliness, this hotel is proof of that!!!
