I waited for about 20 minutes while the staff tried to solve the problem. Since I was in a hurry, they offered to pay in cash and contact Kaspi Bank for a refund. I contacted Kaspi, but they said that Helios should make the refund itself. I went to the gas station again, where they promised me that the money would be returned on May 19th. However, there was no return. I'm very disappointed with the situation. I've always refueled only at your place before. I hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
