If you’re a foreigner in Armenia and don’t speak Armenian or Russian… Be careful, you might get scammed!!! I chose this clinic because their website is in English and had good reviews. I blindly trusted them, but that was a huge mistake. I had an initial diagnosis consultation with Dr. Hayk before a mesotherapy procedure. On their website, over the phone, and even during the consultation, I was assured that this diagnosis— which is required before the procedure—would be free. In the end he just gave me few advices that are not useful in my opinion and which I didn’t asked for, and I didn’t received the procedure. When the appointment was over, he went down to reception with me and spoke with the receptionists in Armenian (since I don’t speak Armenian, I couldn’t understand what was going on). The receptionists asked me to pay 10.000 AMD and after we booked appointments. I assumed I was paying in advance for my next sessions, but I later realized a week after they had charged me for this “free” consultation instead. When it happened, no one explained it. This consultation meant TO BE FREE (and I never asked for it!!!) I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I don’t speak Armenian and only know a little Russian, and that I’m a foreigner. This lack of transparency and misleading information is unacceptable. It’s a shame, I feel that I’ve been scammed and stolen because of my nationality.

The visit to the dermatologist left terrible impressions and delayed the treatment + gave complications. The diagnosis was incorrect. The doctor did not prescribe any tests, but prescribed hormonal ointment and vitamin d, which causes side effects in case of overdose. This is the first time I've seen a treatment appointment without tests. The hormonal ointment only made it worse. Then we went through all kinds of medications - drying, hormonal, antibiotics. The treatment was chaotic and haphazard. It seems that the doctor was pointing his finger at the sky in the hope of finding a drug that would help me. At the first visit, the doctor did not look at the full medical history, but it is there, and it is quite extensive, nor did he ask me in detail what the treatment was, how long the problem lasts, and so on. It seems that they listened superficially and were not really interested in helping. I was surprised by this attitude and immediately seemed incorrect. The doctor immediately told me with confidence that there was no fungus here, and there was no need to take an analysis. As a result, after suffering from a terrible itch for a month, I still passed the test and got the result that there is a fungus. Questions about the doctor's competencies. If the clinic management wants to receive personal feedback on the doctor's work, leave me a comment, I will write to you or call you. The clinic itself is good, the staff is friendly, everything is on time. But the treatment of complex diseases is not something you can expect here.

JD, I came to Laura Hakobyan on my sister's recommendation. It was the most enjoyable experience of laser depilation. So mentally, with care, I was very afraid of pain (because of previous experience), but here I felt as comfortable as possible. Master 10/10, atmosphere 10/10, staff 10/10

I signed up for the procedure, the slot took half an hour, but it really takes 10 minutes for the procedure. I was 5 minutes late, called in advance and warned, they told me everything was OK I came in - "the doctor is busy, serving other patients, wait until he gets free" - although my time was still left They made me wait for an hour and a half, they also tried to convince me that nothing needed to be done, it would pass by itself (it didn't pass by itself, they treated me normally at another doctor in another clinic)

I went twice to remove an ordinary small wart, the first time they just made the surface of the wart with nitrogen, they took money. The second time I came, the specialist had already picked out this wart, nitrogen again. And again, two weeks later, everything is new. The same pain and wart as new. It turns out either an incompetent specialist, or they just earn money. I don't see the point of going a third time. It was possible to delete everything the first time. But.. alas.
