I always go to the Invitro, this time by chance I had to take it to Helix. It feels like I came to take tests at the clinic, and not for a fee. For all my usual questions and clarifications, they looked at me like an unreasonable child, as if I had asked 2+2, clicked and sighed. I am always polite and have done nothing to get this attitude. On February 7, 2024, the Helix punch on Dzerzhinsky St. 19 stood on the street for a little less than an hour, but even inside, my turn did not come up like that. I'm not even saying that it's slippery, disgusting, raining, windy, people were coming and going very little. So, what happens, what time do you need to arrive: by 6-7 o'clock and then it is possible to be among the first to defend 2 hours in order to have time to take tests before 9 o'clock? And it's not free, like in a polyclinic, and where 30-40 people usually pass during this time. If we could collect signatures from people on the spot, I think a lot would come out. So the client will soon turn away! Obviously, something must be done to improve the service for the Client.

The staff is just 10 out of 10 both at the reception and the medical staff (they asked how they were feeling, etc.). It was not so comfortable in any of the laboratories of the Minsk clinics.

I did the tests in this laboratory on 11/12/12. at first, the impression was better. They sent a video instruction on how to use the container for sampling the analysis, they gave out the containers the day before delivery, but then when the question of payment arose, problems began. I notified the administrator that I intended to make a payment for tests through the PAY application and the administrator was confused, called for help from another employee, tried it did not work, consulted on the phone with a third did not work, then asked if I paid today, I said yes and they asked the amount I called 50 rubles and I was given the answer that the application pay more than 100 rubles you can't spend a day, so you won't be able to pay 83 rubles before this incident, I paid everywhere and the amounts were higher. Then I tried to pay with my phone, it didn't work out, I had to pay with a card the old-fashioned way. It's a shame there were young girls who were learning their business and couldn't make a payment through the Pay payment system. Because of this incident, I had to lose a large cashback and codes for an advertising game and, most importantly, the convenience of using the PAY application. Please conduct staff training courses and PAY developers to take this problem into account.

What a "pleasant" surprise, considering that there is no way to check out in a day and pre-register somewhere!!! We lost two weeks of time and now we have to run around the city "on nerves" and look for where you can quickly, without an appointment, take the test!!! To the question: "Why was it impossible to notify in advance about the change in the conditions for passing PCR tests for entry into the Russian Federation by sending a newsletter to the mobile phones specified in the preliminary online order? answer: - "All the information is on the SINEVO website!" Yes, of course - we had to go to the SINEVO website every day from the moment of pre-registration and track all changes!!!

Very slow, queues at both 8:00 and 10:00. Clients with children go ahead, but since everyone is booked for 6-8 minutes, new clients with children come up all the time. Buy a test tube - half an hour of time. One cash register actually stopped working due to some problems with the insurance. It is unacceptable to work like this in 2021!
