The best laboratory in Brest, in my opinion. I've been using it for years. The results come very quickly (sometimes on the same day, sometimes the next. I donate hormones). The price tag doesn't really hit your pocket. There is an online record, you can place an order online without long queues and filling. After the procedure, they will treat you to coffee, baby food, and a patch will be applied to the blood collection site. Smeshariki is almost always on TV. The staff is friendly, quite kind, the tests are taken quickly. I rarely got in line at the fence's office. I recommend.

I always choose this particular item. The girls are always polite and have excellent knowledge of blood collection techniques. A nice bonus is hot drinks and a fruit candy.

A beautiful laboratory, clean. They do a wide variety of analyses. Friendly and courteous staff. An ideal option for taking a blood test from a vein in children. They are rewarded with mashed potatoes/juice and a balloon. As well as a coupon for a drink from the coffee machine.

I always take tests in this laboratory, everything was at the highest level, but today I was disappointed, because when taking a smear, the medical worker talked on the phone all the time (not about working moments) without establishing a trusting relationship with the patient. It was not pleasant .

Everything is just great! Quickly, clearly, smoothly. I made the order on the website. Immediately with a discount. Thanks to the online order, there is a minimum of time at the reception. The earlier date for the production of the results was warned in advance. Blood sampling is done super professionally. And another nice bonus is a free drink and a baby puree. Everything is great, the prices are not straight and high. It was not a pity to give it away, because people have everything in beauty. They write that the analysis took 3 days, or even 4, and the result came the next day. There is no need to be afraid about sanitation, all packages are opened in front of the patient. The needle is inserted carefully. They always give mashed potatoes and even coffee for free. For me, another big plus is that I'm 17, and I have the right to come and get tested myself, for example, there is no such thing in invitro.

It's not the first time I've been there, the staff is always friendly. The staff is helpful. Yes, the prices are not the cheapest, but at the same time the service is high☺️ Tea/coffee/water can be enjoyed in the lobby. After passing the analysis, they gave baby food, which is nice.

It's a very incompetent organization. I was doing a test for the caronavirus. I consulted before leaving. I asked for the test to be ready on Monday when it should be taken. Thursday was answered. I arrived and passed it. As a result, on Saturday I received an SMS that the test was ready. Two days earlier. I scheduled the departure on Monday and bought tickets. And now I have to leave in a hurry, take tickets for an earlier date. Because the test is valid for only 48 hours. I consider it tactless and not a professional activity.

The tests are done quickly, and the results are notified.But there is a small but, there was a service on the site when uploading a photo of a referral for tests, you will be accepted out of turn and a 5% discount.The girl immediately called, explained everything in detail and sent a code to contact the reception.I arrived, but the employees did not know what kind of service it was for 5 minutes, they tried to figure it out in the end, there were no out-of-turn discounts.
