This is the base for maintaining the status of a normal private laboratory. In reality, in Grodno it is faster to donate blood one at a time at the polyclinic, or, best of all, at the Lode by appointment. Today we turned here out of habit — after all, we always take tests at Helix in Minsk — and there is no such thing: everything is always fast and clear, you spend a maximum of 15 minutes in the center (your favorite laboratory in Chelyuskintsev Park). And here, in Grodno, on Sovetskaya Street, we have been sitting in line for more than an hour. There are 21 people in front of us. The room is small and packed. I do not recommend this place for quick tests.

To begin with, there are huge queues, everything is packed with people, administrators work terribly slowly, but these are small things, the administrator was rude to me as if I asked her for alms, angels work in a free clinic compared to this laboratory! Does it make sense to go to a private clinic where the queue is longer than in a state clinic and they are rude? As a result, 4 hours of waiting in two queues, this is a record and no free coffee and candy do not compensate for the time, I came to a private laboratory so as not to waste time, it no longer has any advantages! I do not recommend this laboratory!
