We visited the Helix testing center this morning. Despite the fact that there were several people in the queue, the service left only positive impressions. The receptionist carefully advised each visitor, so the process took a little longer, but it was worth it. I had to reassemble the test order, and the administrator provided full support: she explained everything and helped me make the necessary changes. The blood collection was painless, with no bruising consequences. A pleasant bonus was a treat — baby puree and coffee. I am especially pleased that even outside the capital it is possible to receive such high-quality medical services.

I have been taking blood tests in this laboratory for 5 years. Good staff, they do everything quickly and clearly. After blood sampling, coffee and a yummy present, even for adults. The result is sent by e-mail, no need to go to pick up, etc.

The laboratory is good, everything is done quickly, the only thing when they wanted to give the child tests was called beforehand by phone, they called one amount, and very small, I was very surprised and asked again, they said yes, such a cost, but when they arrived there it turned out that this amount was only for containers for analyzes, I consider it a minus, you can also call the full amount on the phone for everything so that the person does not get in an inconvenient situation because in fact the amount naturally turned out to be much more.
