For the second time in a row, we did not find an online order, of course, there is no sense from it, but it is unpleasant that such a large network, and such banal shoals. Due to the large number of people in the morning, two people were admitted simultaneously in one (!) office, where the second person, as a poor relative, donated blood in a corner on a child's chair. With the same attitude, you can go to the state clinic for free.

A visit to the Helix medical laboratory at Euphrosyne Polotsk 1 leaves only positive impressions. You don't have to wait long. They were quickly served at the reception, and immediately invited to the procedure itself. It is always difficult for me to find veins, but the girls coped superbly and it should be noted that there are never bruises on the arm after an injection. A very nice bonus: delicious fruit puree and a cup of coffee. The tests were ready before the specified time and sent by e-mail. And of course I can't help but mention the prices, they are very affordable. There are preferential services and discounts for certain types of tests. Everything is at an excellent level.

Today I am extremely saddened by the visit to the medical center in Minsk, E.Polotskaya street. We came to my son to take an analysis from Vienna, we are taking an analysis from Vienna not for the first time, there were no problems. But today it was a horror. On two attempts, they could not take a 3-year-old analysis. They tortured him and the child got stressed. Now we will have to rebuild the trusting relationship between the child and the medical clinics. I would like the staff to immediately assess their capabilities and honestly answer, yes, I can take a child or not, I will not have enough experience. So that children do not get stressed and do not feel fear before taking tests. And after all, the staff did not even apologize for the stress, neither to the parents nor to the child!
