Nurses who take blood samples are high-level professionals, always painlessly and without consequences in the form of bruises and swelling. There's usually a queue in the morning, but it moves pretty fast. There is a 3% discount for pensioners, and promotions are held periodically. The prices are adequate even for me, a pensioner. I've been living outside the city lately, but I still come to this laboratory for tests. The results can be obtained in the laboratory and on the phone and in the personal account on the website. The deadlines are quite short. I am always satisfied with the service and the procedure. I recommend it to anyone in need of tests.

Later, at home, I saw that the needle had almost pierced my arm. In the photo, she showed where the needle entrance was and where the exit was! Naturally, the child doesn't want to give a second hand anymore, they took an analysis from the second hand. In the end, there are no apologies, no sweets, no balls for the child to leave the child with non-negative emotions from taking tests. Here's an attitude for your money.... They also wrapped two arms with a yellow Band-Aid that they couldn't bend. Today is 11.06, and the bruise from the horrors remains, the photo from 11.06 is attached. Before that, it was even scarier.

I took urology tests (the control was monthly) and began to suspect that the laboratory assistant (I will not specify the last name here, but I conducted an investigation and looked at all my results, who did the lab research) writes incorrect results, because in 1 month one will pop out, in another - another. Everything was redone at the state polyclinic, including ultrasound and...everything is normal. Then, once every 2 months, I need to take TSH (I don't have thyroid), so I was sure that this laboratory assistant would write incorrect results and voila. Considering that my dose was completely changed, but the result has hardly changed, and this is impossible in 2.5 months :) I changed to Macaenka, and the results of the dose that I drink were more realistic. The difference was very significant. It is impossible to prove, yes. They will talk about different reagents, the moon was in mercury retrograde, etc. However, I can write online and ruin the reputation of this laboratory No. 1 if they do not have a conversation with this laboratory assistant. The quality of my life depends on the result of the analysis, as the doctor makes decisions based on them. The motivation of a person is unclear, or he does not understand what he is doing, and thinks that no one will notice it and there are fools in our country. I won't go to Helix anymore. My life and health are more precious to me.

I am especially satisfied that most of the tests are done on the same day and the answer is sent by e-mail. For example, the thyroid hormone level in the clinic is done for about three weeks, and here by the evening the result is on hand. And you can immediately adjust the dosage of medicines. The price tag is slightly higher than in some other paid labs, but it doesn't scare me. It is very beautiful inside, the staff is friendly and caring.
