When they bought out Helix, it was just terrible! 2 hours to get tested:the girl at the reception of documents is not just a slow worker, she is just a non-working person in this organization. The administrator cannot solve any issue, she is a very slow and unqualified girl, the tests are done super-slowly:for more than a week, and all the indicators are already ready in your personal account, but the order says "In progress". And it is unclear when it will be ready. There can be no worse laboratory in our city.
The only thing that works professionally is the girls who take the tests. There are no questions for them!
Dear Helix owners, reconsider your customer orientation, with such an attitude to work, there will be much more negative reviews!
