Free coffee, anyone who wants, fruit candy. And then before the trip, I read someone's review that they say "when it was Blue here, that was the level, but now it's not the same at all...", I doubted a little, I passed it myself once, but I didn't find any difference, the level is the same. The only thing was that there were quite a lot of people at 10 a.m., I spent 30 minutes in line, but this only indicates popularity.

A modern laboratory. I came and gave blood on an empty stomach. They gave me a cup of coffee and a pastille. A couple of days later, I received an SMS about the readiness of the results. All the results can be viewed on the website using your password, if desired, print them out, or, if necessary, you can drive up to take them in printed form. The results are stored for the last year too.

I visited this laboratory when it was Blue and everything was fine, fast, clear and without negative moments.
When they bought out Helix, it was just terrible! 2 hours to get tested:the girl at the reception of documents is not just a slow worker, she is just a non-working person in this organization. The administrator cannot solve any issue, she is a very slow and unqualified girl, the tests are done super-slowly:for more than a week, and all the indicators are already ready in your personal account, but the order says "In progress". And it is unclear when it will be ready. There can be no worse laboratory in our city.
The only thing that works professionally is the girls who take the tests. There are no questions for them!
Dear Helix owners, reconsider your customer orientation, with such an attitude to work, there will be much more negative reviews!

There are many types of tests, there are complexes (for example, "chronic fatigue"), I wanted to know 2-3 parameters of the body, but I ordered a complex, this information was more useful to me.
There is no queue, the service is fast.
A good set of tools and, apparently, reagents for analysis.
The only thing that is not very convenient is to go upstairs.
At the reception desk, the receptionist asked the same thing several times.
But in general, I am satisfied, the results come online, you only need one visit to the laboratory, then everything is remotely.

Today (Vitebsk Internationalist Warriors) tried to take tests, it didn't work out.......I arrived as always at 7.30, took a queue, sat down to wait, I'm waiting.....the registration is very long (two have already been bled, but one will not be issued in any way!), earlier in rush hour two people were at the registration, I was sitting at 8.15, (I have to work at 9.00), two pensioners come in, they were issued online and they were put in front of me!!! I have to go to work, and they have to sit at home or in line, but these are the RULES, in short, I got ready and went to work, the day was not a success)))))

One minus, this is the 3rd floor. To donate some hormones, you will have to sit and calm down a little, especially if you are overweight or have a health restriction (disabled people will definitely not rise).
