Courteous staff, fast service. Everything is fast, clear and to the point. The analysis is taken carefully, even on my very sensitive veins, with poor blood flow, there are no traces left. A coupon for coffee after a blood test is a nice bonus.

It all depends on the change of the laboratory assistant, you can take the analysis in 5, 10, 15 minutes, or you can wait 40 minutes with a queue of 3 people. How important this is to me. I take medications that are vital and strictly timed.
