I applied to Helix only because the insurance company sent me and I had no choice. The tests were needed for hospitalization, at the reception I asked to check the confirmation from the insurance company and said that I was preparing for surgery. They said everything is there. The blood was taken painfully, a patch was applied, after removing the patch, the hand with a bruise. I still don't understand the use of the patch. The administrator did not say a word about the time of readiness, although she saw a wide list of tests that included HIV and hepatitis.
At home, I saw that I was ready only on 30.01, and I had an operation on 24.01.
After my call to Helix, they told me that indeed, the administrator should have warned that we had an Hiv test for 7 days, that we would figure it out, look at the cameras and we would definitely inform you about the decision on your complaint. I had to go to the Invitro the next day and re–test for HIV to protect myself - thanks for the speed, the results came on the same day. As for the call from Helix regarding my complaint, which I left at the call center - I waited patiently, did not leave a negative review, but did not receive a response.

1) if, at this point, you are taking tests for Covid. As a minimum, you must notify all customers!!!
Covid is not just an infection, it is a virus that is very insidious and dangerous, it takes a couple of minutes to infect in a room with already sick people.
And you have a whole laboratory, like in the red zone of hospitals, and zero warnings
There is no information beyond this point.
Since I personally did not know that there is a risk of Covid infection from those who take this type of analysis.
2) I called and clarified whether it was possible to take insurance tests, your operator confirmed that I could take biochemistry and that confirmation had come, your consultants also called me back on this issue.
4) there is not a single warning inside that you have here, they only take tests for Covid
5) your consultant opened the database, listened to me, you already have it there, opened my confirmation, looked at what the insurance company confirmed, read it, asked for a policy, then made a not the smartest face and said.

I signed up for Blue, but they didn't set the time, they didn't ask for the record. Sadly, I had to stand in a live queue. The schedule of taking tests should be clarified.
The big plus is that the result can be printed in any of the laboratories where they are in Belarus.
But we must remember that all these certificates are made for a long time) as much as two days * the day of taking the analysis + the day of issuing the certificate.... I don't know what's complicated there.... There are no express tests... but this is a rhetorical question.

I took PCR for covid today: I arrived at 6:10 - I was 4th in line, I registered at 7:02, I passed the test at 7:05.
It makes sense to arrive in advance, because at independence 44 (the 2nd and last branch of Sinevo in Minsk, where you can take PCR for covid) I stood for 5 hours (but then I arrived at 11:30.
The staff is very friendly. The result will be indicated in 3 days - this is the ceiling, but it may be earlier (last time it came in a day).
After the smear, they gave a delicious treat: very useful, given the fact that PCR is given on an empty stomach.
The department itself is quite spacious: you do not have to jostle while waiting for your turn for analysis after registration.
