I don't like to write negative reviews, but now, apparently, I have to! I am EXTREMELY disappointed! Today (07.12.2024) I tried to donate blood in your laboratory. Spoiler alert-unsuccessfully.
I arrived an HOUR before closing time. Not in 10 minutes, and not even in 40.
As a result, I stood in line for this hour, part of that time outside in the cold. But at exactly 12 o'clock, "the laboratory turned into a pumpkin," namely, we were informed that they would not take blood anymore! I.e., people stood in line for an HOUR, it is clear that they did not just pass by and decided to go in for nothing to do, they probably prepared, followed a diet, etc. There were only a couple of people left, was there really no way to accept us?? Even in state-run free polyclinics, people who have stood in line for an hour, whether for an appointment or for tests, are not kicked out!
The organization of the staff's work is extremely strange: the registrar registers one person, then leaves to take blood himself, a blood collector comes in his place, then they change again. The meaning of this rotation is not clear to me and, in my opinion, only slows down the work of the staff. At the same time, each person is already being processed for quite a long time.
Having studied the reviews for several years, I see that the problem of queues and slow service at this point was written in 2021, and in 2022, and this year they continue to write, and you all answer that the issue is under control and employees are doing their best. So do at least the minimum: why don't the call center staff, when consulting about the operating mode of this item, additionally inform you that it is very busy and it is not recommended to come later than an hour and a half before it closes. At a minimum, people using the services of a call center would be aware of the situation and would plan the visit time differently or would immediately go to another laboratory.
I came out from you and burst into tears, it felt like a tub of slop was poured on me!
The result - I went to another paid laboratory and passed everything on the same day, without queues on the street and hassle. It is clear that the loss of one client does not seem to matter to you, judging by all of the above. But now I will turn to you only as a last resort.

I got a good impression about the laboratory itself. Two children were tested (blood from a vein), they were delighted with the gifts and colored patches, not a drop of fear during the procedure. but! In the end, the result itself is important. 1. On the inhalation panel, the child did not show any item except the cat, although there was never a reaction to it. They began to take allergy tests in other laboratories, it was not confirmed for the cat, but it showed for plants, as our allergist suspected. At the very point, as well as on the phone, they can't really explain anything that could interfere with the accuracy of the analysis, they say the memorized text. 2. Now I cannot be sure of the accuracy of the analysis of the other child either, I will have to retake it in another place. In total, 180 rubles for the wind. 3. I found out about another analysis by phone, the laboratory does not know the difference between the analyses, they immediately offer a complex for 75 rubles. As a result, they passed the necessary diagnostic test for 26 rubles.
Of course, I will not contact this laboratory anymore, there are many other places around the city, private and public, where you can take all the necessary tests, and not guess whether the result is correct.

Make a record by time, or at least an electronic queue for coupons. One registrar. There is an interval of about 10 minutes between people. There are 20 people in the queue. To drink this coffee, these people need to create additional discomfort by squeezing through them, so the idea is so-so. The result is promised as early as the fourth day.... In St. Petersburg, it takes me no more than 5 minutes to take the same tests at Helix, the result comes in the evening. And the discount for online registration is 30%, not 5% like yours.
