On August 3, she donated blood from a vein. Many thanks to Ksenia's employee for their care and professionalism! Everything is very fast and absolutely painless, I was even surprised. I also thank Tatiana from the registry, everything is clear and fast. After the procedure, they gave a coupon for free coffee (delicious!) and baby fruit puree. Very nice! The only negative is the long queue, but this is expected on Saturday morning.

A long waiting time, as if you come to the district polyclinic. Only two people work, they try to do it as quickly and efficiently as possible. But the queue is gathering and waiting for more than an hour, regardless of the weekday or weekend. A complaint to the administration that cannot or does not want to improve the quality of services provided.

A very good laboratory. The staff is clear and very qualified. They will always explain what... where....how. A cup of tea or coffee is always offered. Children are given sweets and a balloon after blood donation. It's a small thing, but it's very nice! Keep it up 🫠

We donated blood from a vein with our daughter today, we haven't seen such service for a long time) friendly friendly staff, presented a ball and a fruit puree, hot delicious tea with lemon. The child did not even understand that they were taking blood) distracted by conversations, pasted a children's patch, from which the daughter was just delighted!!! For the first time we used the services of Helix, I am sure we will take the following tests only there!!! 5+ thank you very much for your work!!!

I stood in line for 1.5 hours I don't know if it's like this every time, or if it's just me who was so lucky, and twice There are no questions for the staff, the girls try to do everything as quickly as possible, but there are a lot of people and everyone with their own questions, so of course I would like more people to work with paying for tests. It's not very pleasant when you have calculated the time to pass before 10, but you wait another hour in the end.

We took tests with my daughter today, we really liked it, we were pleasantly surprised. Children are given a balloon. The receptionist gave us coupons for free coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Also, after taking the analysis, they gave each of them a fruit puree) My daughter got blood the first time and it doesn't hurt at all, although there are problems with this, it doesn't always work out to take 1 puncture. They sealed it with a baby plaster) A very pleasant and polite girl took blood. We have something to compare it with, they took it in the same helix and invitro in paid laboratories in St. Petersburg, there is no such attention to their customers there. I am happy to give 5 stars)

Attended 07.0.24 Spanish shame. There are 15 people in line, one window is open, an employee from the registry is constantly running somewhere, sometimes a person who takes blood comes to the second window for paperwork!!! To the registry, to people in outerwear, into the crowd, a fence runs every 5-7 minutes! It's so hygienic! Just a dream! They call for blood sampling every 10 minutes... If I knew about such a great service, I would never have come here in my life

It's a complete mess! At the counter, the information is indicated for those who place an order online without waiting in line! In fact, everything is in one queue, while those going to pick up the results for some reason go without a queue, they also have information on the counter! The question to the management is WHY SO? People just leave the queue and don't want to wait! I would have left too if it wasn't for online!

An interesting discount system... there is a discount for a large family, but my child could not get this discount...(in my presence and presented the document)because a large family is me and my husband, and the discount does not apply to our children... something like this. The service is at the highest level. I liked the staff. It's not crowded. Coffee/tea from the vending machine as a gift as a nice bonus. There is no such thing in the department on Pervomaiskaya Street. And I also liked that there is a lot of space for waiting, a spacious room. If you choose between the two departments of Mogilev that I visited (on Pervomaiskaya and this one), then this department is definitely better, it's a pity that the location is far away for me.

I donated Covid blood on August 23, 2021 in this laboratory on the street.May Day. A vein and an arm were crippled, I will not repeat my mistake to anyone. I had to go to a surgeon. Today, on September 1st, my arm still hurts. I wrote to the Sinevo website, but my appeal remained unanswered. It's a shame that I spent 37 rubles and got so many problems. My arm still hurts. The analysis was taken by a woman about 47 years old, it would seem that she should be an experienced specialist. Probably, they only recruit someone to these laboratories!
