Excellent laboratory department. The staff is polite and courteous. Even if there is a long queue, all issues are resolved promptly and professionally. I've been doing tests here for several years now.

Terrible separation! This is the first time I've seen conditions worse than in a clinic. Probably, when you go to a paid laboratory and pay a lot of money, you expect comfort. But, unfortunately, comfort is not about this branch. Let's start from the beginning. The room is small, and a huge queue immediately greets you at the entrance (if you know that you have such a stream, make an electronic queue, put more sofas, and increase the number of employees at the point). There's not enough room for clothes in the closet, as well as sofas to put things on when you undress. After the procedure, there is also nowhere to sit or at least put things down. The time I spent on the analysis was 1 hour. I think I would have spent the same amount of time in the clinic for FREE. Honestly, it's a shame that we've come to this. Other branches are much more comfortable and enjoyable. The basic needs for comfort are completely absent from the word. No questions for the staff, nice girls)

Everything was so fast and high-quality that I didn't even have time to be scared)))) Thank you very much, I have been choosing which clinic to go to for a long time, I did not lose, now I will only go to you without hesitation. I am very disappointed with the work of the laboratory. The child was suspected of pneumonia, and tests were urgently taken. The results of the UAC and OAM came quite late, only after 18.00. But at least on the same day. Additionally, the doctor asked to donate C-reactive protein, the result of which was supposed to come in 2 working days, not counting the day the material was taken. Well ok. However, 3 more days have passed, and there is still no result. I am disappointed with the work of the laboratory. At best, the results will be sent close to the final agreed time, or even much later than necessary. I do not recommend contacting here, especially when time is important to choose a treatment strategy.

Excellent staff in the treatment room - 10/10. If it wasn't for them, I would have put 1. But administrators let people through out of turn. I have already formed and paid for an order, work for 2 minutes, but after I waited 5 minutes, the administrator himself lets the person who just came in and needs to print out the analyzes, which is no faster in time. I suggest we still follow the order.

No matter how many times and no matter which point I visit, the reception of analyzes is extremely gentle, the attitude of the staff is friendly and attentive (good service even for a private laboratory, if compared with Lode). Even in that phase of the coronavirus, when there were huge queues for PCR. A convenient website with the ability to view analysis panels and place an online order, so as not to slow down at the reception. Pastilles/ purees for adults inclusive is a thoughtful advertising move, but still feels like a personal touch every time

I really liked this Helix point! I came on a weekday at 11 a.m. - there were no people. All the staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful! The new girl at the reception desk is a smart girl! All my tests had to be taken on an empty stomach. After blood sampling, they were given fruit puree and a coupon for a hot drink. That's how Helix took care of me! It was very pleasant and the prices for my tests were the lowest in the city🔥

There are no questions for the staff, they are friendly and attentive. But there are definitely questions for the company itself. After Sinevo left, it was just terrible. There are huge queues, all the patients are standing without masks. I specifically chose you so that there would be no queue of patients. You come with an online order healthy, but you have to stand in line with the sick! And a very strange story with orders. On the website, you select a urine test, pay, and then you come to the point and it turns out that you need to pay extra for the container. There was no such thing in Sinevo. The site is generally terrible. You come in the evening to order, it's not working at all, you can't choose any analysis

The man at the reception is sluggish, you can't hear what he says because of the mask, he shook his head at my questions and answered with displeasure. It feels like I came to the registry of a polyclinic in a non-private center. This is not the first time I have visited this particular branch, but this is the first time this situation has occurred. And they did not give a barcode for coffee, although they would have given it last time. In general, only the girls on the blood sampling are well done, it doesn't hurt and they are very polite.

Before the visit, when cleaning snow from a car, I injured my finger, so they treated it and sealed it with a plaster and even helped to wipe the blood stain from my jeans with peroxide. The first time I was in this place, since the analysis in a regular clinic is done for 5 working days, and here only 1. and only positive emotions remained) very polite staff, the girl explained and showed where to go) adequate prices, they gave free coffee and a small bar to restore strength.
