On 10.01.25, I successfully completed the analysis online, and they sent me an email about the possibility of taking the biomaterial from 7:00 to 18:00. I arrived at the point at 17:00, and an absolutely unfriendly and impolite receptionist informed me that the biomaterial was accepted until 15:00. No arguments, my indignation and links to the letter from the website had any effect on her, but only embittered her. I contacted the organization's support service - they were surprised why they didn't accept the analysis at the point and promised to figure it out.
