Pros: The staff is excellent, polite, attentive. The blood sampling specialist is a magician: she does everything clearly, quickly, and painlessly. Cons: there are a lot of people on the weekend, I only had to stand in line for an hour, without taking into account medical manipulations. Suggestion: add medical receptionists on weekends, thereby reducing the time spent with a large crowd of people (in these turbulent times) in such a small room.

I constantly visit Helix. First of all, I like the attitude towards people, starting from the cute girls from the reception. Blood is taken painlessly and quickly. The result is sent by email. Well, coffee, a nice bonus. So when I need to, I always go there. But there are long queues on Saturday, a lot of people with small children. (I stood for an hour and a half) there were so many people that even the coffee was over. But still, Helix is the highest score!
