I come here regularly. Pros: The staff is very polite. It is convenient to select online pre-analyses.
Minuses:
1. Huge queues - please resolve this issue. First, you stand in line at the checkout for 30-40 minutes, then at least the same amount to the test room.
2. I was present at a situation when the girl felt sick after the tests. A female staff member tried to persuade her to take her outside several times. Although in a fainting state, you need to lie down, or at least sit down. The girl herself asked that she just be allowed to sit and come to her senses. But they tried to lift her up and take her outside. The result was that she got even worse. Unprofessional.
3. Tested for bacteria and their sensitivity to antibiotics at a cost of $ 50. According to the results of the analysis, I took a double course of antibiotic, which the analysis showed. There was not the slightest improvement. I am very sorry for the wasted health, time and money. In this case, of course, there may be various additional factors affecting the treatment. But I followed the doctor's recommendations as much as possible. And it's very strange that there wasn't even a small improvement from the antibiotics that Helix approved.
Conclusion: we need to change the laboratory

I constantly visit Helix. First of all, I like the attitude towards people, starting from the cute girls from the reception. Blood is taken painlessly and quickly. The result is sent by email. Well, coffee, a nice bonus. So when I need to, I always go there. But there are long queues on Saturday, a lot of people with small children. (I stood for an hour and a half) there were so many people that even the coffee was over.
But still, Helix is the highest score!

THE LABORATORY DOES NOT DO ANY TESTS!
After treatment of a prolonged inflammatory process and proliferation in the smear, I decided to undergo liquid cytology (cervical cancer screening) in this laboratory.
We met the deadline, and we got excellent results in all indicators! Completely healthy!
A few days later, I take a swab at the city polyclinic (employment), it shows an inflammatory process, the cervix is in poor condition!
I contact the laboratory again, I donate HPV and femoflor, which should show the source of the inflammatory process, for the selection of treatment.
And again, all the tests are normal! Even into space!
Thus, the conclusion is self-evident, they do not do tests in this laboratory!
I applied to clarify the situation, but to no avail!
Now you will have to go to another laboratory, because "thanks" to Helix, you can skip oncology!

Terrible attitude, rude staff starting from the reception at the entrance, we were traveling from another city with a child, we were sent right from the doorstep with the words we don't work, although it was 12.03 on the clock, and it says on the website until 14.00, they didn't even listen to us, if we went to the Synlab, Helix would never go to this hellhole again let's go, the mood is spoiled for the whole day, and the sediment is for life.

I was very upset by the huge queue on Saturday morning. There were about 15-20 people in front of me. Of course, this is a huge disadvantage for a private laboratory. After all, this is not a state clinic, and customer service time plays an important role. But I had to wait (about 1 hour), since the analysis that I took cannot be taken in a regular clinic. There are no questions about communication and staff work, everything is polite and clear. They offer free coffee and give a bag of baby food, but this does not save the situation)

I think that it is fundamentally important for most clients of private clinics to quickly and without delay pass tests or perform some kind of manipulation.
I can stand in queues for free at the state polyclinic.
For the first time, I planned to donate blood biochemistry with my wife on 06 04 2024, but after opening the door and seeing the queue to the first step, all desire disappeared.
Your free coffee and whatever else you give to particularly hungry or low-income patients does not work in your favor.
It is necessary to implement an electronic record strictly according to the time of the appointment, and for fans of free coffee, make a separate live queue.
And start working on Sunday, and take a day off on Monday or no days off at all.

I took tests on November 6 in the laboratory of Vitebsk, Kirova str., 2. I was the first, there were no people and there was no queue. When registering, the first thing they asked was my date of birth. 11.11.1978. When everything was made out and the tests were passed, I saw a leaflet with birthday promotions on the table: 10% on the anniversary. This is just my case. 45 years old. But no one offered me this discount when registering! To my question why, the administrator pointed to the discount stand, saying "you should read it yourself." But I'm sorry, when I run into you early in the morning, I don't look around. Purely humanly, the administrator herself could offer me. I was very upset about this.

If one nurse-registrar works (employees are sick, they were warned about it at the entrance), then there is no separate queue for online orders. After blood sampling, they are treated to fruit puree and a hot drink from a local vending machine (they give a coupon).

We were with the child, we took tests for a fee. A pleasant employee met me at the entrance and escorted me to the registrar. Polite, considerate. At the entrance, they put on shoe covers, hung next to each other, undressed, hung clothes in the closet. The room is clean and comfortable. After the procedure, the child received a Fruto Nanny puree, plus a free drink at the vending machine: you can choose tea, any coffee, hot chocolate. There is a small room here, where there is a table and a high chair for milking small children, coloring books, pencils, a sofa where you can relax, calmly drink a drink and occupy the child for a while. It's nice, I recommend it.

I had to donate blood for the hormone and I went (without a call) to the endocrinological dispensary. Blood was not taken - a narrow strip of paper with small text was glued to the table in the cash register - we do not take blood for hormone for technical reasons. Moreover, this was already shown to me when I got to the cashier. And the cashier doesn't read like that! Here! It's written! She apologized and left. We went to Sinevo and also without a call. And what a big difference in service!!!!! Gently, correctly, calmly. Everything was explained, shown, decorated, blood was taken and pampered with sweets!!! After all, the registration documents indicate - on an empty stomach. What a care! A man came hungry, donated blood, loses strength - that's support. I've been right to heaven, honestly. A human attitude cannot be bought. Thank you very much to the laboratory staff!!!!
