Once it was the Sinevo laboratory, now it is helix, but so far I have not noticed the difference, just like 3 years ago, so now I really like the service in the laboratory. The service deserves a separate "excellent" rating, because here both children and adults have a wonderful approach. A snack and coffee/tea after the tests is a very important and pleasant sign of attention to customers. It is convenient to receive the results by e-mail. One little piece of advice: to make employees a little more familiar with the conditions of the actions being held. Once I came across the fact that I did not know exactly how to count the day according to the "discount on birthday and after" promotion, but otherwise I am happy with everything and recommend it

There are not enough staff for quick service. The child needed to draw blood from a vein. They couldn't find a vein for about 15 minutes and pricked two hands.

We were with a child of 7 years old. The girl does not know how to take blood at all, she pricked the child's hand and offered to inject another one, we refused, the tests did not pass those that we wanted. The prices are not small, the service is terrible.
