I'll start with the fact that I prepared for the trip in advance (because of the hill) and always received clear answers to my questions via messenger (I love feedback). Call center advised me both at night and early in the morning, operating a car (I hate it when my time is wasted). Let's move on.. The car platform is the next thing I noticed, that is, you can take a Hello for any needs and purposes (this approach even makes you think "What kind of car should I rent?" I chose the most recent in years and roomy (there was a lot of luggage). I will end with another argument that made me write this review. The Hello team is able to solve non-standard issues (since my case turned out to be such) and customer loyalty had a place to be!
