The experience of buying at HelloComputer turned out to be unpleasant. From the very beginning, communication with the managers was as if I was imposing myself on the sellers, and did not come to buy a laptop from them — it felt like there was no interest in the client completely. The next day after the purchase, they found a glow on the screen. We took a photo and sent it to Telegram. The message was sent at ~10 p.m. — of course, they didn't expect a response. But it was read in the morning, at ~9 o'clock, and after that there was no reaction. Four days later, I wrote again myself — and received a rude message in response. It is especially unpleasant that instead of an elementary apology for the delay or an explanation of the situation, an unfriendly, rude response came. This is not only unprofessional, but also demonstrates the attitude towards customers. This approach completely discourages the desire to contact here again and does not inspire confidence. Unfortunately, the service does not meet even the basic expectations of the buyer. I do not recommend the store.

They brought one completely different, and instead of two white ones, two black ones.in a nutshell, the director sent us to sue them for an adequate solution. We changed one phone with an additional payment, okay) but we put a claim on the account of the blacks, so they don't even want to receive a letter with a claim! The main thing was to show that he was not afraid of anything, but as soon as it smelled fried, he hid in the bushes. Obviously, we will not work with them anymore. It is better to overpay than to contact such directors.
