Great hotel. We were in June for 2 weeks. Clean and cozy, the maids are great. Wonderful, responsive girls work at the reception. The manager quickly resolved the issue with the Internet. The room has a great mattress, good linen. At full load, there was never a queue for showers and bathrooms. We walked to the visa application center, 30 minutes. The hotel is stylish and modern.
Yes, they don't rent rooms overnight, which excludes adventurers!

Excellent location in the city for tourism - in the next house there is a wonderful restaurant, a shop nearby, from here we walked to the center and by bus.
The renovation in the room is fresh, neither the rooms nor the bathrooms cause any questions. Individual bedrooms only, the rest (showers, toilets, washbasins) are common areas. However, there are enough of them and they are perfectly clean. The rooms have huge comfortable beds, but there is a shortage of other furniture and free space, for example, in a family room for 4 people there is only a chair. There is no air conditioning.
The reception staff is very pleasant and hospitable. There you can also warm food in the microwave, use a kettle and mugs, order breakfast and pastries from the menu - they will be prepared right there in front of you at any time of the day.
The hotel was booked by phone, the room is easily Googled. Through Booking, etc. it is more expensive, there is no point in overpaying.
Parking is free on site, to enter, you need to go through the gate and open the gate from the inside. Be careful with maneuvers - there are garbage containers just outside the gate, sometimes a garbage truck sneaks around the corner.

1. I really liked Hello inn. What exactly:
- in reality, everything is exactly the same as in the picture - light, clean, minimalistic, loft-style, cozy, fresh.
- the price. for two 11K, I think it's straight chic-shine and even clean and cozy.
- there is breakfast: yes, three uncomplicated dishes, but - here they are, they are cooked in 5 minutes, hot, delicious - nice.
- the room is laconically beautiful: yes, there are only three elements-a crib, a closet, a bedside table. But clean and lofty) well, what else do you need for happiness?)
- the staff is trying hard! She asked to eliminate the puddle before leaving, after 5 minutes they covered the puddle with tiles. What a sweet thing!
- silence. It's such a thrill to return to the "quiet house" after a noisy day.
Verdict - I will come back more than once! Thanks for the sea buckthorn tea!
p.s. if you need a doorman at the entrance, a shower in the room, velvet towels, pink roses on the table and a cute maid, then of course you'd better have five stars)

I'll bet you five, but with a caveat. This is a mini-hotel with a dozen rooms, mostly double rooms. There is a small kitchen, you can order scrambled eggs, panini or croissant for breakfast. There is a private parking area. What does not suit me is that there are minor, but noticeable disadvantages in the form of a non-working lock in the door or in the shower, you can not put a watering can exactly, because the locking screw has been unscrewed, there are few sockets in the rooms. I was at this hotel in 2023 and in 2024, so the wear and tear of the entrance and furniture in the rooms is striking. If you do not make maintenance repairs, then in a couple of years, everything will become unusable, because the main furniture is from IKEA, and it is not completely wear-resistant, and it left Kazakhstan. In general, I recommend the hotel, the price and quality correspond, everything suits me personally.

Not a budget hotel, but rather a slightly above average hostel.
Pros: clean, tidy, including in the bathrooms. There is a small cafe at the reception - you can have breakfast. The prices are not set, the assortment... Well, it'll do for breakfast. There are coffee machines(k). The territory is fenced, there is its own Parking.
Cons: microscopic numbers. in the "family room" (for four) there are not even bedside tables. Prices for the hostel level are too high (for the cost of a family room, you can rent an apartment for a day). Even washing kits for money (albeit inexpensive). The location is actually in the courtyard of an apartment building (i.e. categories such as "view from the window" are simply missing). Summary: it's the best thing if you only need to spend the night and have breakfast, but no more.

I arrived at this hotel on January 8, 2024, on the recommendation of friends. Everything was confirmed:clean, cozy, quiet. I had a single room on the ground floor. Excellent combination of price and quality. The staff is responsive, polite and helpful. I would especially like to thank Rauza and Guzel for their help and important tips on getting to know the city. Transport stops, shops, cafes nearby.

We took two rooms for 3 days. On the evening of the second day, when we returned, we were happily informed that we had been incorrectly settled. One of the rooms is a class lower than we paid for. While we were away, they themselves moved things from one room to another ... they refused to compensate for the difference or provide a compliment, saying "it's not that much money"

Polite and customer-oriented staff.
Some kind of emergency happened in the room I booked - I was put in another one, on a higher level.
Also, when checking in, I had problems with payment + it was already late in the evening - the administrator agreed to pay the next day without any problems (secured by a passport).
The hostel itself:
-quiet (both from the neighbors and from the street - the hostel is in the courtyard, so the noise of the road is not audible)
-clean (in the room, in the common shower - by the way, there were no queues here, although the hostel was almost completely filled)
-there is a coffee shop downstairs, as I understood
- you can't get into the hostel without a key.
Infrastructure: I didn't find any grocery stores nearby. To those that I saw, I need to take a little walk.

Отличное сочетание цена-качество, 36 тыс. тенге за 3 ночи!!! Кирпичное здание, в котором прохладно без кондиционеров даже в самую жару. В номере (у меня был №11 с двуспальной кроватью) есть необходимый минимум: кровать с нормальным матрасом и постельным бельем, шкаф, стул, полка для обуви, 2 пары тапочек для душа, 2 полотенца 50*90 см. В коридоре стоит гладильная доска с утюгом. Отдельно отмечу душевые (2 на этаже) и уборные (тоже 2 отдельно для мужчин и женщин), в них очень хороший ремонт, качественная сантехника, нормальные фены, чисто и просторно. На входе есть мини-кухня со столиками, можно заказать кофе и какой-то перекус, кипяток бесплатный. На ресепшене можно также купить туалетные принадлежности. Единственный минус, который был у меня - это оплата. Я бронировала номер через Букинг на казахскую карту знакомой. Но по факту заезда выяснилось, что карта нужна была только на случай отмены брони, и оплатить номер нужно на месте. Моя российская карта не работает, налички в аэропорту я поменяла только на карманные расходы... Пришлось искать ближайший банк, отсидеть там очередь и в итоге узнать, что для обмена нужна регистрация, которую делает отель. Вернулась в отель, но на месте не было владелицы, которая делает документы, посоветовали поменять деньги не в банке, а в обычном обменнике, где нужен только загранпаспорт. Всё в итоге закончилось хорошо, но день был изрядно подпорчен.

Очень понравилась администратор Айгуль. Приятная и вежливая, всё объяснит и поможет. В номере чисто и уютно. Есть кафе где можно заказать завтрак. За 800 тенге можно воспользоваться стиральной машиной. На 1 этаже отличный вайфай. Недалеко расположены магазины.

Приветливый персонал, чисто. Скорость вайфая напрямую зависит от количества тех, кто им пользуется. Для сёрфинга в интернете и работы достаточно. 2 отдельных просторных душевых комнаты и 2 просторных туалетных комнаты - ни разу не стоял в очереди.
Расположение приемлемое. Недалеко есть продуктовые магазины. Большой парк в 10 минутах ходьбы. Столовая в 15 минутах.

Нотка Италии в Казахстане. Это были мои первые ощущения.
Маленький милый домик. Чисто, вежливый персонал, светлые комнаты. Чист сан узлы.
В целом хорошее и бюджетное место, как для одного, так и для пары туристов.
Но есть недостатки.
Тонкие стены, если у вас отличный слух вы будете слышать что происходит в коридоре.
После дождя под проход во двор, трудно проходимый.
И когда в ночи не видно куда проходить.
Но это особности раёна.
Я остался доволен. Приеду туда ещё

Чисто, тихо, рядом остановка, небольшой магазинчик. Стоимость для астаны - мамы большой плюс этой гостиницы. Есть номера на одного, двоих и троих, общий душ и туалет
