We stayed at this hotel for a week. If you need a budget option with its own beach club and proximity to the center, then the hotel is right for you! The plumbing is new, the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are comfortable, towels and bed linen are clean, cleaning is regular. The furniture is old, the air conditioner is quiet, and it's quiet outside at night. The breakfasts are normal, there is a small shop nearby and a coffee shop with delicious coffee. The center is close, but there is practically nowhere to park the car. Sometimes there were interruptions with hot water in the evening. The rooms have a side view of the sea or a frontal view. The rooms on the 1st floor do not have balconies, but have access to the passage. We were kindly and free of charge moved from the 1st floor to the 4th. Wi-Fi is good and stable in the rooms and in the beach club. The Beach club is cool: cozy, cute and clean. Towels are provided, there is a shower with fresh water and toilets. Descent to the beach club and into the sea via a fairly steep staircase. You can't have your own alcohol at the beach club, but you can go to the pool. The sunset view is super!

The hotel is not bad, but it needs renovation. ( a pipe was leaking under the sink in the room, and they waited a long time for hot water to flow in the shower) The breakfasts are monotonous. Boiled eggs , vegetables, lots of different greens, watermelon. You can ask them to do a scramble, they will do it if you ask. Check-in from 14:00, while waiting you can go to the beach or to the pool. The hotel staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is very good - this is the main advantage.

We went to Kash in July for three days. We were looking for a hotel with its own beach and close to the center. It was one of the few available options for our dates. The hotel is really close to the center, it is convenient to go to restorns, walk along the streets. The hotel has a small swimming pool and immediately across the path there is a descent to the beach with its own sun beds, umbrellas, towels are provided there. There is a bar, pleasant, European music, food. A three-course meal. Descent into the water via ladders, there are pasta dishes for those who are not good swimmers. The water is gorgeous, clear, with different currents, sometimes cool, sometimes warm. It refreshes very well! There are two showers. The rooms are very tired, the bedside tables are peeling, we only washed in hot water once in three days, there are problems. The staff tried to smooth over the situation with a bottle of wine, but I really wanted to wash up like a human being. The bathroom has all the standard accessories (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton pads, sticks, caps, hair dryer, slippers), except body lotion. We had breakfast included. The range is not rich, but each of us has found something for ourselves. Boiled eggs, sausages, cheeses, aladushki, lots of greens, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, muesli, cereals.There are no scrambled eggs or porridge. The hotel has a Spa, hammam, billiards, but we didn't need it. This hotel is sorely lacking a good top manager who could make a candy out of this hotel. The place itself and the design of the hotel attract guests. If you're coming here for a short stay, then it's passable.The view from the room was amazing!But if you come here for a long vacation, I'm afraid this place will disappoint you.
