We were in November 2023, did not stay long, for 3 days. I really liked everything, there is a private beach and a huge swimming pool. The territory is very well maintained, it's nice to go for a walk. The room was very cozy, with air conditioning, refrigerator, safe and TV. The bed linen and towels in the room were fresh. The hotel also has dry cleaning, laundry, luggage storage and concierge service. The bar is open around the clock. I really liked the food in the restaurant - buffet. We attended massage and spa treatments. Stable wi-fi both in the room and throughout the hotel. As for the guides on the beach of this hotel, I do not recommend them. These beach guides raise the price 2-3 times from the real one and often charge extra fees already during the tour. But we were lucky to meet a cool guide named Cherry in the city of Alutgama. He speaks excellent Russian, also has a whatsapp number +94 76 133 7323 where you can communicate with him via voice messages or just call. Cherry is a very kind and sympathetic Lankan, always came to the rescue no matter what we needed. Organized a transfer to Colombo airport for us at a decent price, 2 times cheaper than the beach guides offered. He and his team of friends also took us anywhere on the west coast for a nominal fee, to shops, on excursions and so on. And they even delivered fruit and alcohol to our hotel. A Lankan friend arranged for us an unforgettable fishing trip in the open ocean, after which he organized an enchanting barbecue of caught fish on the shore with a huge bonfire and fireworks. If we ran out of rupees, Cherry also helped to make a transaction from Russian banks and get cash. There is simply no better guide here.
