A great hotel. Great location! The interior is beautiful, but the rooms lack comfort. It's kind of empty.... It was impossible to sleep - all three nights some companies were walking under the windows until 4-5 in the morning - a private territory. The breakfasts are not bad. The staff tried very hard. Well done! That's from the bottom of my heart! A small bathroom- the man was placed in a booth))) Well, this is a private problem. A 3-star hotel .

Of course, beyond any doubt, the best hotel in Brest! A firm 5 and a huge thank you to the whole team for their kindness, smiles, and good attitude. Everything is perfect, starting with the reception, where a pleasant, well-mannered and smiling girl greets you. Special thanks to the kitchen and personally to Veronica) Her pancakes are great!

Everything is not bad at first glance, in the restaurant the stated cost does not correspond to the quality of the prepared dishes, at breakfast it became clear that they cook mediocre, they do NOT know how to cook oatmeal (it turns out oats filled with warm milk) to the question: "is it possible to cook an individual porridge"?, I received the answer: "what does this not suit you"!
Breakfast an important part, especially on a business trip!
And under the windows, guests from the restaurant were screaming half the night, none of the staff even made a remark!

We lived for two days. The room is great. The bathroom is on the level. Cleaning, replenishment of supplies every day. The girls at the reception are ready to help and answer any question. Breakfast is plentiful from different dishes. Very tasty. Location in the city center. Everything is within walking distance. I advise everyone.

I really liked the restaurant at the hotel. We had lunch and dinner here for two days, tried many dishes. It is perfectly cooked, all the components are in moderation, it is especially pleasant that the sauces are so well composed - subtly, unobtrusively emphasize the taste.

The hotel is great, but the food is a complete disaster. Expensive and tasteless. The breakfast food (buffet) was laid back. There have been several days and the situation has not improved. I noticed a lot of Yandex food deliverers at the hotel. After the first dinner, it was decided to eat at nearby restaurants.

Great hotel, clean, staff helpful, friendly. The restaurant is a separate topic, everything is delicious, the portions are large, cooked with a soul, and most importantly the prices, I was traveling from Europe in transit. If you compare those prices and quality, then in Brest at the Hermitage I could not even think that it would be so cool. A very nice and beautiful and not expensive place, if you need to take shelter in Brest, then I recommend it only in the Hermitage

We spent the night at the Hermitage in March 2023. The hotel is beautiful, there are many paintings, it is interesting to walk along the corridors. Friendly staff. There was a good decent breakfast, which was included in the room rate. The only thing missing in such beautiful rooms are slippers and bathrobes.

It is located in the city center. There is a park nearby, a pedestrian street with many cafes and shops. The Brest Fortress is not far away. The rooms in the hotel are very cozy and the service is excellent. The breakfasts are wonderful. I really liked the fish platter (they salt it themselves, as I understand it). The guests in the restaurant are not crowded, there is enough room for everyone. The hotel itself is not high - 4 floors and the building itself is very beautiful! I recommend.

The hotel as a whole is excellent, slightly "outdated rooms", but everything is clean and tidy.
The breakfasts are excellent.
The restaurant is probably one of the best in Brest.

Cozy place, stayed for two nights. I liked the breakfasts, the room is great and cozy. But there is one thing, there are disposable shampoos and shower gels ... someone obviously used one, since a hair was wound under the lid. For me, it was not essential, but I experienced a certain squeamishness.

Honestly, they wanted to book in St. Petersburg, but did not dare because of the zero style. The area, the location of the hotel, is what you need for a traveler, but morally it is outdated.
We wanted to try to eat, but Saturday is the day of banquets in Brest and did not dare to eat in the lobby.
I was pleased with the polite and pleasant staff, especially the man in the wardrobe.
Next time, if possible, we will definitely try the kitchen.

An extremely unpleasant situation occurred, I was lying on the bedspread on my bed, when suddenly I felt a prick in my back. After a minute of inspection, I saw a large needle inside the bedspread that was sticking out half. When we went to the reception and told about it, we were simply offered to move and were not offered any compensation for such a terrible situation. I liked: the attitude of the staff to the guests and the quick reaction, the interior of the hotel, including furniture sets in the rooms and common areas. The menu and the quality of the food in the restaurant and the service in it, including the serving, the well-groomed hall and staff. Such a nice detail: umbrellas at the exit, as a sign of a good class hotel in Europe.
There is one drawback: the lack of private parking. It helped that there were empty seats nearby.
Summary: the hotel is worth staying in. Anyway, that's what I've decided for myself for the future. Thanks!

The quality does not match the price. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, a family of 2 adults and 3 children, so we had to take 2 rooms. The cost was 1,600! Belarusian rubles. As a result, there is no bathrobe or slippers in the room (everything needs to be requested additionally) the water was a small bottle of carbonated and 1 without gas. The children asked for water in their room, they said that only for money. However, the maids turned out to be much more friendly and gave us as much water as we asked for. There is also no kettle or coffee machine in the room. The range of cosmetics for such money was also very limited, there were no toothbrushes. The breakfasts are not too varied, but you will not leave hungry. We arrived by car, at first we were denied free parking, then we were still allowed to park. The location of the hotel is not bad, but we are unlikely to stay at this hotel again…

It was a complete delight for me. We had a room with 2 spacious panoramic windows. Furniture and plumbing in the style of European small towns. Polite staff. The receptionist at the entrance helps to bring things to the room. Delicious food in the restaurant. Excellent washing kits (shampoo, shower gel, lotion, etc.). Breakfast is included.

They made a hotel, stuck stars on it and completely spat on the guests! Once again - if you have a hotel, guests should have the right to relax not as you want, but when the hotel guests like it.
If you have birthday parties and so on, do sound insulation so that screams and music do not interfere with vacationers.
There are even paid slippers in the room, Carl! And this is for such a price, so what are slippers- a shower cap!
That's what I understand- to squeeze out to the maximum, people then run away, like us, from the disgusting service and making money on everything, so endure the noises and yells.
