This format is an opening not only for me! For the first time in a year and a half, I was motivated to study. And for the first time in 2.5 years, I definitely made progress!
The result is shown in two photos: in a burgundy T-shirt photo at the second training session, in a gray one - six months later. There is indeed progress.
The new training format is perfect for me. The most favorite halls are Bootcamp and Metcon!

A new innovative format of the fitness industry. Everyone will find "their own" that will catch on, personally I was impressed by the systematic approach to classes in general - you come to the gym and completely immerse yourself in training for an hour, in accordance with your requests, if you want a functional, you go to classes on functional development, if you want muscles, you go to the "kachkovskaya" program.
I was also surprised by the "Technology" - all sorts of strobe lights, screens, an application, even attracted Alice to voice prompts during training.
A short text cannot describe everything, it is better to purchase 3 trial classes and feel it yourself 🔥
