I am a regular customer of this institution. And yesterday, in class at 16.00, I experienced Spanish shame: the mask regime, except for employees and 2 people, is not observed by anyone. Who said that children, who by the way are the main epidemiological distributors, should not wear masks? The arena is a public place. And according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus on san.epid.according to the resolutions of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the mask regime is mandatory for everyone. I will not say anything about the fact that there is no social distance at all. At 16.00 on 17 trampolines, how many people were caught up in the hall? Count it? The hall was full. And the employees are overloaded. And besides, the celebration of birthdays... A separate topic for analysis in a sanitary context. Parents with low social responsibility are touched by those they have given birth to and run around with snot without masks. And yesterday there was a girl with a dry cough... and I paid the money as well as they stupidly tolerated it so as not to conflict with the children. Probably, such immoral behavior of parents who bring their children in an unhealthy state is calculated for this.(((( There are tops at the reception, without masks. They climb into my face. The management of the arena has the right to refuse service if sanitary standards are not observed, isn't it? And moreover, it is obliged to do so. I am amazed, just amazed, if at least one of them would cross the red zone of the hospital and see how seriously ill people are! And also(. The employees carried heavy packages of carbonated drinks. And these are young girls, 155 cm tall, not men, maybe they should give birth later? I can't help but be outraged. I used to evaluate this place with a positive attitude, but now I am overwhelmed with a feeling of anger from what I saw.

The hall is clean, if necessary, you can take shoe covers for free (go to the locker room area, shower, to the administrator). There are enough lockers and changing rooms. Free drinking filtered water. Everything is comfortable and pleasant.

There is little room to change clothes, crowds and confusion (coincidentally!), the festive hall is not cleaned, the public spits down on the children (coincidentally? the children did not complain to the administration, they just told us later, they were very surprised and outraged... In general, I didn't like the place. I won't come here anymore for what I came for)) However. I always praise working people. The guys are doing their best in the current conditions. 09/29/2019 I was in the HERO TRAMPOLINE ARENA. During the day, the Brothers asked to take them to the trampoline center, after reading reviews about heropark, it was decided to go (if I had come across such a review that I write, maybe the preference would have fallen on another leisure). I liked it, but not for long (the children liked it). I am 27 years old, I do sports horizontal bars, swimming pool, running. The administrator told me to contact the coach who is in the hall, he will tell me the exercise: 1. He will learn to jump straight (10-15min everything is OK), then decided to ask what next, under his supervision, he began to do the exercises that he showed me (I did everything well), there was an exercise not easy, on which everything happened it was necessary to fall to your knees then twist in the air to fall on your hands in a sitting position and repeat the cycle without stopping. On the 2nd repetition, I suffered a string, and I landed on my neck and shoulders, and my legs were thrown with all their might to my head with a very loud crunch in my spine (I barely stood up, all my organs were squeezed, I couldn't breathe, my back hurt very much, the coach said to go to the horizontal bar to hang (he said to go to the hospital displacement or hernia maybe I also I was surprised with such a calm face, as I scratched my finger). I jumped off for 25 minutes, as a result, I went to rest (the pain was very strong when jumping). As a result, after a couple of days, the hospital (since the pain was getting worse every day, I could not lie down, walk fast, do not jump, do not take the child in my arms), a picture (thank God it was not a fracture, the doctor suspected a fracture of the thoracic vertebra, an emergency picture was excluded). Corset, pills, ointments, 2 weeks of bed rest. But I will no longer set foot on these entertainments. DO NOT overestimate the abilities of your customers. I am writing so that people understand that there is a risk of injury and not a small one (and no one will worry about you there, since you sign the paper before jumping). There is a lot to write, but I think it's enough. For the first time I had such a negative that I sat down and wrote a review in 2019, and 2 years later I published it. Updated: After 2 years, the back injury made itself felt, I still suffer and regret that I went there! Well, at least it worked out that way. I came out on my own.
