I bought new Qacoustics 3050c speakers, without promotions, discounts, for the full price. They refused to deliver to the apartment, they said there was no such service. I had to lift 25kg home myself. At home, when unpacking, I found deep scratches on the bottom (base) of two speakers. The store assured me that these are new speakers and no one has used them before. They offered to replace them with an exhibition sample that they have in their store. During the conversation, they said that it was probably my fault, and I scratched them myself. Although the scratches are deep enough, I don't think they can just be done at home on the floor. I bought new speakers, but I got speakers with some kind of history (maybe they were previously listened to in a warehouse or store and there were scratches, I don't know). No one offered to replace it with new speakers. Conclusion: There is no feeling of buying a new thing. I didn't enjoy the purchase, instead of new speakers, I probably got speakers with some kind of history. You can't just trust them, you need to unpack and carefully check everything in the store when buying. At the moment, it is not possible to check the speakers in operation. Hopefully, over time, the negative emotions of the purchase will overcome the sound quality of these speakers.

After installing the system and configuring it, the result exceeded all expectations, the room was filled with a very juicy sound like a vessel filled with liquid, a very deep penetrating bass, I have not had such pleasure from listening to music yet, all the best previous devices and headphones on which I listened to music now seem to give out a "flat" sound.
