Far from railways and highways. The hotel is located on the first line, the beach is always half-empty, there are sun beds on the beach from the hotel (free of charge) umbrellas are provided at the hotel, beach towels are provided every day (free of charge). The territory of the hotel is fenced, well-groomed, clean, there is a Playground, table tennis, swimming pool (open without time limit). The pool is cleaned every day. The rooms are clean, shampoo, gel, soap are available. The linen is white, clean, and there are a set of towels for everyone. Linen was changed after three days, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff is polite and friendly. Buffet meals are served three times a day. Delicious, nutritious, homey. Fruits, vegetables, every day. There is a bar, light alcohol and beer, juices (at your expense). There are water bottles in the hallway, a kettle, cups and glasses in the room. A set of tea. TV, cable TV, refrigerator. The room was standard and comfortable, with a balcony. In general, everything that we have stated has been provided. We had a great and budget rest. We stayed at this hotel in October 2025. The hotel itself is located in the village of Alakhadzy, far from civilization. We didn't come "in season", so almost nothing works here, the nearest store is 15-20 minutes from the hotel. Buses do not run at this time, taxis to Pitsunda are 500-800 rubles. The sea is 2 minutes away, the sea is clear, the beach is pebbly. Sun beds are freely available. Beach towels are provided. The hotel itself is cozy, but requires renovation. The pool terrace is completely broken. The pool is clean, the heating does not work. The attic (roof of the hotel) cannot be reached, it is closed, in poor condition, definitely requires repair. There are streaks on the carpet inside the hotel. Air conditioners do not work in all rooms, as well as televisions. There are no questions for the staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Room cleaning, change of towels every day. There is a hairdryer, a fridge and a kettle in the room, and no slippers or bathrobes. The WI-FI is working well. The food is without frills, but you will not stay hungry. Breakfast : always a choice of 2 cereals, eggs, sausages, pastries, cheese, sausage, fruit , for lunch and dinner 2 types of soup, second course, salad. There is no tea, milk, dried fruit compote, or coffee. There is a water cooler in the hallway. By the standards of Abkhazia, the hotel is not bad, the rest was a success. Special thanks to the staff for their care! If you need a quiet, relaxing vacation far from the city, I recommend this hotel!

We are resting at the hotel now. The room is excellent: a double room with an extra bed. The linen is clean, the pillows and blankets are of high quality, but the mattresses are a bit harsh. Special thanks to the hotel staff! Everyone is very friendly and responsible: they do their job perfectly! Milan's girl from the reception, the maid Elsa, the bartender Tamuna - this is a separate love!!! Unfortunately, I didn't remember the names of all the employees! The food in the restaurant is fresh and varied, always delicious, made from high-quality products, for which cook Hakim and his assistant have a separate bow.The beach is a couple of minutes walk (sand/ pebbles): very wide with a convenient entrance to the water. There are always free sun beds and umbrellas for hotel guests. There was garbage on the beach, but it was promptly removed. In general, there are some advantages in terms of price and quality of services! We recommend it and want to come back more than once!
