We had a rest with my girlfriend from 08/20/26/25. Well, what can I say, this is a wonderful guest house! Khachatur's manager is very attentive, responsive, and always ready to help with any issue! We took accommodation with breakfast. So the breakfasts are delicious, homemade eggs are used for cooking, from chickens from the coop at the guest house. Hot breakfasts are served at precisely the agreed time. There is an opportunity to park our vehicle, we rented a car in Yerevan and Khachatur's manager politely gave us a copy of the gate keys so that we could safely enter and leave when we needed to. The room had access to a balcony with two chairs and a table where we had breakfast, and the view of the city was beautiful! Everything in the room is new and serviceable, the plumbing is not leaking, everything worked like clockwork. There are two bathrobes, slippers, and hygiene supplies free of charge in the room. A normal working refrigerator, which can more than accommodate everything. The bed and pillows are all comfortable and clean. Cleaning once every 3 days. In short, I recommend this guest house to everyone, you definitely won't regret it if you choose it. We will definitely book this particular property when we come to Yerevan!

It's a wonderful place! We stayed with my husband for almost a week, I really liked everything. It's the best service you've ever seen! The location of the guest house is excellent, 20 minutes walk to the center, 10 minutes by taxi. We had a late check-in, the manager Khachatur, waited for us, met us, escorted us to the room. He told me everything and showed me. He advised me on what sights and places to visit. A wonderful person, helpful and kind. As for the number. The room is clean, spacious and very cozy, there is everything you need. (Cleaning was done every third day) Very comfortable mattress and pillows. The room also has its own balcony with a beautiful view of the city. I also want to mention the delicious breakfasts made from homemade eggs from our own farm. We were offered 11 breakfast options to choose from, we tried almost all of them, they were very tasty. We took individual excursions from Khachatur. I liked everything. If we had stayed longer, we would have taken more)) Thank you Khachatur, for a wonderful time, for your kindness, care and hospitality! We will definitely come to you again!
