Very nice hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms big and clean. Plus pet friendly and Very cheap price. Nice pool and Very beautiful garden with super cute restaurant and food is super duper good there. Location also nice everything what needed is in walking distance. Only disappointed that I could spend Only 2 weeks there. Will recommend to everyone.

Hello everyone We stayed at this hotel on 11/5/25-11/18/25. We chose by location, not by comfort. We were checked in at 13.00. A friendly boy and a girl are working at the reception. Yes, there is no elevator. The suitcase was dragged to the 2nd floor by themselves. The room is "tired", but you can live. Good air conditioning, TV, bed. The problem was only with the shower (the pressure is very small) + there is no hair dryer. Our clothes were drying quietly on the balcony. Cleaning on request. 2 bottles of water were used during cleaning. The deposit for the rest period is 500 baht. If you check out later than 12.00, you will be refunded 250 baht. For breakfast, 4 dishes (photo attached) are delicious. I alternated the dishes periodically. The pool is good, it is open until 22.00. It is cleaned daily. Convenient location - Baili Hai port can be reached within a 15-minute walk. You can also climb to the Buddha nearby. There are 2 7 eleven shops near the hotel. We walked to the "Russian market", about 15 minutes. There is also a main road nearby, where you can catch a tuk-tuk in 10 minutes and get to Jmontien. Tours were taken from 7 tours through the website (it's cheaper this way) Payment can be made in rubles via the SBP (very convenient). There is a breakfast cafe on site. Lunch and drinks can also be ordered there. We took tom yam 150batt (very tasty) and a smoothie (70batt) is also quite tasty. 🤤 The main disadvantage that happened to us: When we were leaving, our faucet broke (it just fell off and rust came from there) and there were mango stains on the bedding. After handing over the keys, an unpleasant Thai adult woman immediately went to check the room and found fault with the stains, saying that the fine was 300 baht for washing. At the same time, there is an announcement at the reception that washing costs 40 baht. When we started to find out with her, she insisted that 40 baht is our stuff, and hotels for 300 baht are washed. In general, it was pointless to argue with her, she only returned us 200 baht from the deposit and we ran to spend them faster at 7.11 I thought that we would return to this hotel, but after such a situation, no. We'd better rent an apartment.

As for: construction - it has to be; singing roosters is even fun. The view from the room is great! A normal hotel for your money!

Not bad, cleaning on request! Relatively clean. Please note that the furniture is padded and there is not much pressure in the shower.The room has everything for life, if not, then you can ask, they will give. I like Pratornak, the place near the Big Buddha. It's not that noisy, but you'll have to walk a lot. There are seven nearby, even two! The view from the balcony is very beautiful, but there was a construction site against it, and roosters were screaming under the windows in the morning. There is a swimming pool, but I have never entered it!

I'm definitely not going there anymore.

Big Buddha is 5 minutes away, the sea and the night market are 10-15 minutes away, and Volkin Street is 15-20 minutes away. Well, we didn't have to go for a walk. The rooms, although with old furniture, are clean. Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed three days later. Cleaning is daily. Every day they put soap, shampoos, and a bottle of water per person. Do not forget to leave a tip, at least 20 baht and you will be happy)) The water is hot with excellent pressure. The air conditioner, of course, is something: antediluvian, turned on with a button and hummed like a tractor. But on the other hand, clothes dried perfectly from the outdoor unit on the balcony. It is necessary to take rooms with a balcony, otherwise you will not dry the linen. There is a refrigerator in the room. The voltage is weak, let alone boil the kettle, even the phone was charging slowly. Wi-Fi is weak, it's better to buy a local SIM card, they have an Internet with awesome speed, like 5 JI, it flies straight, I don't remember the price, but it's not expensive. There is a microwave and a thermopot at the bottom of the reception. The staff is very friendly and smiling. In general, well, you're not going to sit in the room there, but it's a good place to spend the night, the main thing is that it's clean and there's hot water.

I liked the hotel. The room was Deluxe, bought on a package tour for 43t for 6 nights. The room has good air conditioning, hot water is available at any time of the day. The bed linen and towels are clean and fresh. Soap and soap accessories are available in the right quantity. Breakfast is included. For breakfast today, fried eggs, sausages, vegetables, toast, juice and coffee. Delicious. The next day, there are four types of eggs. Instead of sausages, there is ham. For breakfast "no spacy" - everything is even lightly salted. But there is a set of spices on the table (ketchup, soy sauce, salt). The room is cleaned every day, unless you put up a "do not disturb" sign. Clean up cleanly. There is a laundry room right in front of the hotel entrance. From 40 baht per wash. But things dry well in the season. If it rains (and this is out of season), it is better to take two swimsuits. The administration is not responsible for the things left in the room, but nothing was lost. By the way, there is a safe only at the reception, paid. The territory has a lot of vegetation. In the evening, the fumigator was turned on in the room (they brought it with them). It's hot and stuffy outside. A lot of clothes are superfluous. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the sea. By the way, there is a 7 eleven supermarket on the way to buy snacks, chips and drinks. I would not say that everything is very far away. It happened further. I like that the distance from the hotel is almost the same to any beach from Jomtien. Wolf Street is 20 minutes away from the hill. It's not hard to go up the hill. There is a lot of garbage on the streets. Compatriots, let's put our garbage in the bins. Yes, there are few of them, but they are there. The hotel also has disadvantages: you pay a deposit of 1000 baht upon check-in. Upon eviction, they will be returned, of course, but immediately before departure - either spend it in dutifrey, or stay for the next trip. Not critical, but not very convenient. You can understand - people come from different places. Beach towels are available at the reception. You give 100 baht deposit for it - in the evening you exchange it. This is inconvenient. We just bought one huge one at the market.

We vacationed with a friend at this hotel in June 2019. The hotel is very modest, old furniture, no repairs and terrible breakfasts (although it's hard to call it breakfast) do not take breakfast in this hotel. The bed and towels are changed every day, bottled water is provided every day. You can swim in the pool for a day on the fly. You can relax at the tables on site with your own alcoholic beverages.
