A comfortable, beautiful hotel with a high level of service. The large territory of the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful landscape and design, it was calm and pleasant to be here. Every day and every evening there were some events, themed evenings with cuisine and culture. There is a tennis court, yoga classes are held. Our room had a view of the ocean and the pool, it was very beautiful! The room was cleaned twice, everything was clean and worked properly. A rich breakfast (buffet) in terms of quality and quantity of dishes. The staff was very friendly, any issue was solved immediately and with a smile. It was convenient to order a taxi with the help of the receptionist, and the doorman always helped to get in/out of the car, it's nice. It was a pleasure to spend part of my vacation in Bali here, definitely the level of service at the hotel justifies its cost. As for the ocean, the beach area and the water were polluted by what washed ashore (algae, plastic, etc.), but the staff tried to clean it up. Alas, this is not a minus of the hotel, but of the ecological state of the ocean.

We took this package because of the children, but it turned out that they have a very peculiar understanding of this service.to order something from drinks, snacks, you need to present an all-inclusive card, so you should always carry it with you (bank card format), hemorrhoids with it. Some of the staff are not ready to meet with this card at all (they take it away, carry it somewhere, take pictures). Ordering these cards from a different menu, which they don't always have with them, is a constant strain to explain what you mean, especially for children. Nutrition is generally a separate song. These cards are not valid in restaurants. Coupons were issued for restaurants - 22 pieces for 11 days. Coupon 1 for a family, i.e. having dinner separately is still a challenge, especially in different restaurants. It 's very inconvenient . Strong alcohol is not included for dinner, only wine and beer. You buy something stronger. In a restaurant where there is no buffet, the choice of dishes is limited - 1 from the section (salad, main course, dessert), and all these rules, according to the staff, are not written anywhere. The service is very slow at lunch. It took up to 2 hours to wait for the ordered dishes. Once they were not allowed into the restaurant on the pretext that the dishes were out. After the senior manager's invitation, we were offered dinner anyway, with promises to resume the kitchen, and this is a moment for the buffet! We did not understand why it was necessary to start a dialogue with us on this topic. At the same time, we must pay tribute to the chef - they cook in the grain restaurant very well, very well.
In general, there is very little information about what is happening at the hotel, including the concept of dinner, New Year's Eve dinner. Very often, they were surprised to learn information from the waiter and were surprised, including the reservation of a table for New Year's Eve, they gladly accepted payment for 7 people, but they did not prepare a table for 7 people)))). By the way, if you do not pay for the New Year's dinner, there is simply nowhere to eat on 31.12 in the evening!!! Or go somewhere by taxi.
