I highly recommend this place. Overall, the customer service was excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. As a Diamond Member, the Executive Lounge is fairly decent. Give this place a try if you're in the city.

My absolutely favourite restaurant here. Super friendly staff. Great service. Adorable concierge. Conference rooms 👌and the view from the restaurant upstairs. Recommend.

A classic of European hospitality – you enter a beautiful hotel, room and drink a delicious negroni in the lobby.
The location is a suite, the staff is polite, Belgrade is a soul!

A good networker, spacious rooms and delicious European breakfasts until 10:30 (on weekends until 11:00 and I offer sparkling wine). The room had a view of the skating rink (in winter), we didn't have time to go for a ride, but it seems to be free for the guests. From the unexpected, before checking in, I had to leave 200 euros (dollars are also accepted) as collateral. You can use a card or a cache. Unfortunately, this information was nowhere to be found when booking. The location of the hotel is good — the old town is about 30 minutes on foot, there are many cafes / shops in the area. The shopping center by the embankment is a 20-minute walk away.

A cool hotel, there was a room with a bathtub and a shower, the spa is small but very pleasant. Clean, tasty, everything works.

Nice hotel in the center of Belgrade. Responsive staff. Delicious breakfasts. Good location not far from the sights of the Serbian capital. The only drawback is that the staff does not know Russian well.

It is quite a decent hotel for Belgrade, although it does not cost 300 euros per night.

The hotel is good, meets the balance of price and quality. The restaurant on the top floor is overrated in my opinion, but the view is pretty and the cocktails are delicious.
