Well, what can I say-a great vacation in Samarkand in the Silk Road hotel chain! I sincerely recommend everyone to visit this ingenious hotel chain, built in a separate area of Samarkand. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There are 3,4,5 star hotels. All in different styles, But! Even a three is better than a Turkish 5!!!! Such a service! Absolutely all the staff is very attentive, caring and customer-oriented. You will feel like the most welcome guests at any hotel in the chain. Everything is well laid out - a free bus runs between the hotels every 4 minutes. The hotels are built around the rowing canal. There is a congress hall, there is an "Old Town", there is a water park, they are building a giant swimming pool, a la sea with a beach. There is even a local taxi that costs 10,000 sums. Each hotel has its own additional services. Somewhere there is an outdoor swimming pool, somewhere there are gyms, salt rooms. Here, for example. Afrosyob offers a medical center and a range of health diagnostics services for all tourists. What a wonderful massage!!!! We didn't get out of there. Plasmolifting, wraps and many health programs at very affordable prices for us. I would come here like to a sanatorium! The rooms are gorgeous! All the latest! They are cleaned every day! Towels, bathrobes, bed linen are all changed daily! The complete delight of a vacation! And the food is delicious, I RECOMMEND IT FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

A great hotel, I really liked it.
New , clean, beautiful , cozy , spacious.
The rooms are beautifully furnished, the bed, mattress, linen are all top class. A special mention about the toilet , it has a remote control and is equipped with functions that I have not yet met. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast is good, but not too varied.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is very modern, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, beautiful beds on the mattresses of which you want to stay forever, a bathroom with relaxing salt, a variety of breakfasts, a dining terrace where you can wrap yourself in a blanket and enjoy coffee. There is a souvenir shop at the hotel, where the cost does not differ much from what you will find at the bazaar - so if you do not want to go somewhere, you can buy everything there.
Separately, I would like to highlight the work of an employee of Shakhzoda, who answered all our questions, checked into a stunning room, was very nice and charged with a good mood after a long journey.
I also recommend visiting the wellness complex on the 2nd floor - the relaxing massage was just great and affordable (300,000 soums, with a discount for residents - 210,000)
The hotel is quite far from the city center, so it is necessary to book long taxi rides.
I would also like to have several types of beer in the refrigerator / store at the reception - now there is no alcohol at all, you need to go to the bar for it.

Красивый и новый отель с прекрасным видом на гребной канал Самарканда с одной стороны, и на гряду заснеженных гор с другой. Удобное расположение с аэропортом, что дает возможность побыть в городе 2-3 дня, погулять по старым улочкам Самарканда и полететь дальше путешествовать по Узбекистану. Приветливый и очень гостеприимный персонал в отеле. К услугам гостей в отеле завтрак шведский стол и работает ресторан. Необыкновенные десерты и хлеб собственного производства. Когда в следующий раз будем планировать путешествие по Узбекистану, обязательно остановимся в Самарканде в этом отеле.

Уровень и качество обслуживания выглядит выше. Цены приемлемые. Правда инфраструктура не доработанная, большие расточния и отсутствие точек продаж доставляет неудобства. Найти пачку сигарет проблема. Запасайтесь.

Находится на территории Мега комплекса Гребного Канала. Очень большая благоустроенная территория для прогулок и пробежек. Есть кафе, рестораны и даже отдельное озеро с рыбалкой на карпа и осетра.

Оказался в этом отеле, поскольку проживание на территории Самарканд-Сити было условием организаторов конференции. В отеле кушать ну очень дорого, но самое страшное - никакой узбекской кухни! единственный ресторан в отеле - «правильного питания», почти без мясных блюд, бургеры овощные, супы просто на воде, ни грамма жира, ни грамма даже растительного масла; поэтому привыкшим нормально (а таких большинство) питаться будет очень-очень не легко. А отель за городом на отшибе в чистом поле (или лучше сказать - в пустыне), больше пойти некуда, магазинов тоже нет. Мы в итоге вызывали такси, ездили нормально ужинать в Самарканд. Рядом есть какая-то стилизованная под старину деревня, но она постоянно была закрыта по соображениям безопасности - в этом Сити постоянно высокие гости - то министры, то президенты, то шейхи. В день выезда в прямом смысле еле смогли покинуть отель - прилетел какой-то высокий гость, такси в этот Сити не пускали, нагнали БТРов и солдат с автоматами, мобильники глушили, в итоге шли с чемоданами на какой-то блок-пост, стояли там полчаса под палящим солнцем (выше 40 градусов) в ожидании машины. Вывод такой - отель комфортный, но обычным смертным там делать нечего. Лучше снимать в центре Самарканда, погулять, полюбоваться стариной, куча мест, где хорошо можно покушать! А если конференция в Сити - везде в городе легко поймать такси и за 15 тыс сумов (а это всего 130 рублей) доехать в этот Сити за 15 минут максимум.

Отличный отель, номер очень удобный, с видом на канал, сантехника вся качественная и новая. Обширная зеленая территория. Особенно понравился вечный город, вечером там оживленно и очень аутентично.

Отличный отель! Считается что это 3 звёзды, но по мне так твердая четверка.
В номере есть все необходимое, утюг с гладилкой, зубные щетки и прочие умывальные пренодлежности, тапочки, халат. Постель очень комфортная.
Завтрак очень хороший, но не стабильный. Одно и тоже блюдо готовят по разному.
Отель позиционируется как лечебный, но про лечение мне никто не рассказал.
Рядом Вечный город, вечером туда классно прогуляться и там перекусить.

Самые ужасные завтраки здесь) воды нет, чашек/стаканов нет, кофе льется только эспрессо, найди сам нужную пропорцию, после вызова администратора, про заказанный омлет и ожидание 20 мин, начинается движ, среди официантов, вывод, пока не пнешь не полетит. Горячей воды кстати тоже нет) но великий и ужасный администратор может приказать все принести с бара.
