The jacket and shirt were ironed quickly and efficiently, while I made a mistake in the name of the item (I marked it as a silk shirt) and it turns out it's a simple shirt))) accordingly, the prices are different. We fixed it in the order ourselves and didn't take anything extra!

The climate in the rooms does not work. The kitchen is open for up to 3 days, just not for dinner. The corridors are being renovated, while people are settling on the floor. It is impossible to sleep while they are scratching in the corridor all day. A very overpriced hotel. It's generally dirty.

I forgot my thermocup, and when I came back, they said no.
They didn't look at the cameras, no effort.
It's a pity the thing is very pleasant and memorable for me.
That's how I perceive them now as a hotel with sad service.
Food trash happened on the second day - the whole office was sick of pumpkin soup, and some people were even worse covered.
It was in this hotel that I did not live, and the desire is gone now...

I was pleased to live with my wife in a single superior room - extra. payment is less than three thousand tenge per day. The breakfast is quite varied. no repetitions. In my opinion, for every taste. Fruits, juices, meat, fish, vegetables. The staff is helpful and courteous. Additional sets of consumables, slippers, and a bathrobe were delivered to the room without any problems. I recommend. 5+

The rooms are hot, the air conditioners mostly do not work and the staff is not particularly keen to solve this problem (they rented 3 rooms with colleagues, in 2 of them the air conditioners did not work and this problem was not solved). It is impossible to stay in the room during the day, at night you can only sleep with the window open. Otherwise, it is a typical network hilton, of which there are many.
