NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. We had to checkout two days earlier because the hotel didn't live up to our expectations and we were suffering greatly there. As per hotel policy we DID NOT GET our money back. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotels I have ever been at, especially for this price! Cons: -Tiny, cramped rooms (we had an "upscale" but still ant-sized "King Guest Room") -Coffee is really bad -Bathroom lacks towel hooks -No proper blackout curtains -Noisy rooms -Driveway and entrance to the hotel is very slippy Rooftop pool not of infinite type, why the walls? Hotel also closes whole rooftop pool area too often. -Hotel offered us rusty bicycles without seat adjustment option. In Thailand. FYI: even homeless people in Thailand travel by motorbike. This is disrespect to the guests. -There is only one washing machine for overpriced self-service use in the whole hotel. Pros: -Beds are ok -AC system works good -Reception staff, especially Denis, are really great! -Hotel shuttle

It's not a bad hotel, but there is no territory and the breakfasts are absolutely not tasty. The pool is right on the roof, which is very cool, room cleaning for 5, fresh linen., friendly staff. There is a hotel shuttle service to the beach. Overall, a good city hotel

We lived in February-March 2025, the breakfasts were excellent, the room with a view of the mountains was quiet, the air conditioner was coping, cleaning was not every day, I had to remind you, tuk tuk to the beach and from the beach on time,once I left the beach 10 minutes earlier and had to walk in the dark, it was not pleasant.Beach towels are provided at the reception, and you can change them during the day. The rooftop pools were not used. At the hotel, all the staff are very warmly welcomed and try to help.
