Excellent hotel, service and breakfast is a dream - high-quality, varied . Very attentive guys at the reception. The staff is friendly. There is a spa area separate from the hotel - there are questions about the organization of the spa. There is a swimming pool and sauna. But when visiting the Spa administrator, you should ask the hotel staff not to rest in this area for the duration of your visit, otherwise it will be embarrassing for you, they do not rinse after the sauna, dive into the pool and ... do not have swimming suits , just come in underwear . But this is a separate organization from the hotel! I really liked the location of the hotel - everything is within walking distance. The staff responds to requests instantly. We had a great rest!!!!!

The hotel is excellent, I always stay there on business trips.
The rooms are cozy, new, the beds and mattresses are amazing - you get a very good night's sleep.
The staff is friendly, smiling and welcoming. They always go to a meeting and place it quickly.
The kitchen is delicious.
There is a gym and a SPA complex. With a wonderful swimming pool, Jacuzzi area, sauna and hammam.
Towels, slippers, and bathrobes are provided.
I went for a massage several times to a master and a professional in my field - Ekaterina! I highly recommend making an appointment with her.

The location is optimal relative to the main attractions. Accepted for payment by the Russian Agricultural Bank's UnionPay. There are ATMs on the ground floor, you can withdraw cash at an adequate exchange rate. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. There are no problems with the Russian language.

Nice hotel. Beautiful comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. I liked the restaurant at the hotel. Attentive service. Good cuisine. Delicious breakfasts with a wide range of dishes are served. Everything was also delicious at dinner. One caveat is that alcohol is not available in the hotel or restaurant. But they don't execute you for drinking in the room))

Everything is fine in the rooms for 1-2 nights, there are no drawers for things at all, except for the spa area, everything lives a separate life there, you can not record an order for a room, cabinets are a separate miracle, and employees can also steam with you, calmly walk in their underwear at the spa and do not expect to wash in the shower... There are no sofas in the corridors for relaxing, and even alcohol is prohibited altogether. You won't be able to drink even a glass of wine or beer on the premises in the evening... I recommend changing to Kohinoor, and this is not only a brand of pencils, there are bicycles included in the hotel reservation. Nice hotel. Clean rooms and amenities, a varied buffet breakfast menu, daily cleaning service. The water was always cold and hot (I read reviews with complaints). The only drawback is the heating, the air conditioner was turned on for heating, we were in winter, but it's still a bit noisy.

A good, comfortable hotel. From the airport - in a straight line 10-15 min. I walked to the sights for 30 minutes, by taxi - 10 minutes. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable, everything worked properly.
I took off one star for the service in the restaurant. We were a band. Part of the group arrived very late. Lunch boxes were ordered and paid for by the company, but they were not provided (
The breakfasts are normal, on the level. Lunches and dinners were ordered for the group - the feeling of a dining room, but of normal quality.
I can recommend the hotel as a good standard. Meals - take only breakfast.
Oh! Yes! - and there is no alcohol in the hotel - nowhere at all!😀 - perhaps for someone this is the criterion of choice 😊

I've been to this hotel three times. In summer and October everything was fine, but in winter the heating did not work in the room. At all. So much so that it was impossible to wash or sleep properly. The reception sent engineers, they checked the air conditioner, said that everything was fine, it should get better over time. After their visit, a hatch fell off the ceiling, thank God not on me, but it didn't get any warmer. As a result, I slept in my clothes. Never again, and I don't recommend it to you.

The location of the hotel is good. Pillows and mattresses are comfortable. The bathroom is sparse: there is no cap, no threads, no comb, and the most inconvenient thing is that there is no additional makeup mirror, and reaching for the main mirror above the sink to make up is generally inconvenient (even at 176cm tall). The hair dryer is normal, better than in hotels.
Breakfast for 4 people no more. Samsa is absolutely not tasty, there were no pancakes.

The eternal city of Samarkand. I chose the hotel as a participant in the Hilton Honors program and did not lose.
I arrived from Tashkent at 11.30 and I was checked in. Thanks a lot for that. I had time to rest. Registan is 10-13 minutes away by taxi. Taxis are cheap, Yandex works, but if you have a foreign bank card or cash. The room is standard, the size is average, clean, cozy, there is a shower cabin in the bathroom, and it is quite spacious. Put 2 liter bottles of water! There is a decent spa: swimming pool, hammam, Finnish sauna. For hotel guests it is included. The breakfasts are good. I often had dinner at the same restaurant. Delicious!

The service is excellent. The room has everything you need (air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, ironing board, safe, etc.), there are also no questions about cleaning. Breakfast at a convenient time and with a good selection. There is a room with a washer/dryer (though in a single copy).
The only negative for me is not very good sound insulation. Although the room was located on the opposite side of the road, the construction work carried out nearby was clearly audible. Also, due to the gap in the lower part of the door, the slamming of doors in neighboring rooms was perfectly audible at night and interfered with.

I liked the hotel, we will be happy to return again. Excellent breakfasts, courteous staff, fresh rooms with everything you need, the windows of the room overlooked the courtyard, so there was complete silence. We had dinner at the hotel once, and we liked everything too.
Among the disadvantages, the water temperature in the pool was lower than it should be. You can swim, but you will not be able to spend time in the Jacuzzi area with pleasure. During our visit, a swimming training session for young children took place in the pool.

Location- quite remote from the main attractions, the center. Rather closer to the airport. But, in principle, in the evening you can go out for a walk - the streets are quite busy. Upon check-in (they warned in advance that a person was flying to celebrate a birthday), as a "gift", they offered a room with windows on a busy road and a construction crane with a comment - this is a better room than you ordered. We refused and in the end we were given exactly the same one with a window to a quiet courtyard. In the bathroom, when they took a shower, water poured on the floor like a stream and there was a puddle, the problem was not solved.
I must say, the staff is all very friendly, smiling and fulfills any request instantly, advises on any issues, helps in everything.
I liked the spa area - a beautiful large swimming pool with a huge (5 meters) Jacuzzi and massage showers, a dry and wet hammam, a Finnish steam room. In the spa area, terry bathrobes, slippers and a sea of towels are provided. Everything is clean, beautiful.
The breakfast buffet is very plentiful, with a large list of everything, but not very tasty, in terms of sausage patties. The coffee is not bad, the seasonal fruits are excellent, samsa with pumpkin is delicious.
The room is clean, nice, cozy. Daily cleaning, linen change every 3 days. There is a hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, water, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, fluffy towels. If you ask, they will give you bathrobes. Dispensers with very good shampoo, conditioner, gel and body lotion.
On my birthday, I was reminded several times to congratulate. As a result, they brought a waffle from the buffet, poured with shoko syrup.
But, in general, the stay left a pleasant impression. Despite the above complaints - we liked it)))

A good hotel almost in the very center of Samarkand. Such a kind of stripped-down version of the world-famous Hilton chain. The renovation is fresh in a modern style. The hotel itself is small, but cozy enough.
The room has a huge TV, ironing board with iron, shower (there is no bath). I was pleased with the presence of a button that turns off all the lights in the room, next to the bed and the presence of several large bottles of water in the room at once.
The staff is as polite and helpful as possible. However, as in the whole of Uzbekistan.
Breakfast is standard continental + local sweets. On the minus ground floor there is a small round-the-clock gym and spa with a pool of 18 meters and 3 types of saunas. There is a massage for a fee.
I recommend the hotel, although there is a higher level in Samarkand.

A new hotel, almost in the center of the city. Therefore, the rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is not spoiled, but also not intimidated by the Russian VIP tourist. Always friendly and welcoming.
There is a swimming pool, sauna, spa, massage, its own restaurant and bar. However, the top management staff supports halal and does not welcome alcohol and cigarettes inside. Therefore, neither smoking nor drinking is allowed in the hotel. And buy it too, which is (not always) a minus for a vacationer.
The breakfast buffet is quite varied.

Cleanliness, beautiful beds, linen. Bathrobes and slippers should be asked at the reception, there are not enough shelves, bedside tables and dryers, or at least hooks for towels.but there is a kettle and an ironing board. The air conditioner is working properly. There are not enough elevators, there are only two, but only one goes, for example, to the 4th floor.
But a separate delight is the spa area!The pool, the baths, are beyond praise. They give out slippers, bathrobes, and towels.Great.

nice hotel in Samarkand, been here twice. I would like to mention the bed. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. It's enough to lie down and get a lot of pleasure. It's a pity that they are not the same in all rooms, it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep the second time. The rooms are very small. I would also like to note that the air conditioning system was regularly blocked and when trying to unlock it, the master system had to be restarted regularly. This was especially annoying at night, since when you restart, the lighting of the entire room turns on. As for the spa, the water in the pool was not very clean, they did not even use it, the hammam and sauna were not very warmed up, there was an unpleasant smell in the shower. The breakfasts are not bad, but they could be better. The child loves chicken breast, but did not eat it here because it is very dry and cold.
