Shitty hotel with blind personnel

I had a great stay at Hilton. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room always impeccably clean and vast breakfast choices everyday.

A very dirty hotel, upon arrival there was a lot of hair in the drain and on the tile in the bathroom, not a single clean mirror. Used toothbrushes are taken away , but new ones are not reported , as well as other accessories . One towel for two , which is changed every two days . The bed linen was stained with blood))) the staff at the reception does not care about requests.
A constant assortment of breakfast , a working coffee machine every other time , empty plates are not replenished

I do not recommend visiting.
The hotel itself is good, but the staff and management fall short. In order to get into the pool, you need to buy or have a swimming cap, in normal hotels, a cap is provided by the hotel. One plus is the chefs, everything is delicious

This is a hotel where you stop by and there are not even towels. You ask to bring them and they don't bring them... Don't take rooms with sea views because the windows are so dirty that the view will not be the same as in their pictures. I have been to many hotels of this chain, this one is not customer-oriented.

Everything is cleaned up, (although they write that the dust) the view is good. The feeling that the staff does not speak Russian specifically is probably politics, or maybe it seemed. Otherwise, it's fine, no dust, no dirt, I fully justified it for my money.

Ужасное обслуживание. В первый день дали одно большое полотенце на двоих и кое как выпросили ещё одно большое и 2 маленьких. Утюг попросили один раз, но так и не принесли. Пол грязный, помыто там где швабра дослала, в углах многовековая пыль. Вытяжка не мылась видимо ниразу с открытия, свисала грязь с неё. Грязные окна после бурной ночи, презерватив уже стал постоянным жителем на кафеле за окном и носок кочевал вместе с перекати поле. По выступу за окном утром прошёл персонал и заглянул в окно. Завтраки так себе. Это явно не 5 звёзд. Возможно 3 звёзды я бы дала.

Отличный отель. Рекомендую!
Хорошие уютные номера, тихо, вкусные завтраки.
7 минут пешком от станции метро.
